[Okay guys- I tried out a few new things and a new writing style in this chapter. What do you guys think?]
(Don's p.o.v)

Today's air was crisp and pleasant. It resembled autumn today, yesterday it was summer. The weather and seasons of this place flip flopped from day to day. I had asked Jon about it and he explained the best he could.

“Hey Jon?” the tall jester, who I had learned was a demon of sorts, turned to me when I spoke to him and cocked his head to the side. “What's with the weather? Yesterday it was blazing hot but today there's like 5 inches of snow" I had to ask. It was warm in the tent but I barely made it 5 minutes outside with the cold weather and it made no sense. He giggled “Î đœ-ďôñ'ť re-ŕęåłļý ķňøw. Í-I țhìņķ ţī-ťîmę wøřķş w-wėìřđ he-hěŕę" that seemed to be the best he could do to explain it, oh well I'll just go along with it.

  (Duni's p.o.v)

I approached Don. He was reading something with Jon who was reading over his shoulder. “Don. How do I get out of here?” they both stopped. Jon fiddled with his claws and hunched over more while Don let out a heavy breath and rubbed the back of his neck. Those weren't good signs. “Well? Don I need to get out of here" I push more, I want an answer.

With a small sigh the orange haired jester put his book down and looked to me. “Duni. You leave here through a hatch door that's right under the main stage but it leads to the outside” he spoke like there was more to that with a small edge of fear in his tone. “Outside?” I was getting a little worried so I pressed more.

“Outside as in- the open world. Not the individual- er-“ he didn't seem to have the right words for it and rubbed the back of his neck again “let's say- rooms of the monsters” he explained. “That doesn't sound that bad…”

Both got a look of dread and Don got up. He motioned me to follow him to the main stage and when we got there Jon lifted the stage. “Thanks Jon- Don are you gonna come with me?” I looked to Jon, then to Don. The shorter of the jesters shook his head no at my question so I nodded, said my goodbye “bye then, I'll come get you and  Jon if I find a way out" and crawled under the stage. Just as Don said, there was a hatch door underneath the sage which I opened and crawled into. When I reached the other side I was somehow out in the open, in the outside world.

I saw a destroyed town with no life left in it. Only corpses. Corpses and the monster that killed them.
