"i'll probably still adore you with your hands around my neck."

"You have a lot to learn." Luke spoke with a prominent smirk smeared on his face.

"Let's go then shall we? Liquor store down the road on the corner, the one with the signs that are scattered all over the place, they all say the same thing, I don't get why they can't just have one sign that said 'open' instead of forty, i can definetly sav time by reading only on-" Michael blabbered on before he was cut off. He can't help talking, he just does. I feel for him sometimes. Sometimes.

"Michael. Get to the point." Luke spoke slowly so Michael would understand him crystal clear.

"Oh yeah, sorry." he frowned, "I've been planning on going there for a couple weeks, they are down on employees, I have a plan."

As we walked up to the store that was illuminated like a Christmas tree by the amount of signs along the walls and windows, I walked closely to Lacie. She was a few heads shorter than me, her pale blonde hair was halfway down her back. She had these scary dark blue eyes and mascaca coated eyelashes rimming them. Over her nose were a few freckles, they were subtle but still there, I thought they were adorable.

As we stepped through the door - which made a bell ring as we walked in, alerting anyone and everyone in a distance of us - I put my hand on the small of Lacie's back, leading her to the back of the rows of alchohol, while Michael and Luke walked to the front.

As Calum put his hand on my lower back, goosebumps formed on my arms and legs. He obviously noticed because he smirked down at me. Isn't it weird how someone you just met that day can make you feel that way? Make your heart beat faster, blood pump harder in your veins. Even if that person pointed a gun at you just hours before?

Well, to be fair, I pointed a gun at him first.

We walked past rows of rum, and vodka until we reached a aisle that held crystal bottles in the shapes of skulls. I picked one up and held it in front of my face. The sound of a camera click could be heard, along with Calum's laugh.

"Hey!" I put down the bottle and tried reaching for his phone but he was too tall and held it way to high for my height. I decided to give up and listen to what Michael and Luke were doing.

Michael wondered the store, while Luke was busy talking to a girl behind the counter. I suggested we bring guns, masks and leave. But they instisted sunglasses, and talking.

"I saw a sign that you guys are hiring and decided to give it a go." Luke spoke to the tattooed girl behind the counter. She had peircings in the most random places of her ears, lips, nose, and ink covered the majority of her arms and chest. Her hair was dyed a dark red and was put into waves.

"We actually just got a few people so I don' think we can hire anymore people." Her voice grew quieter.

"Oh, what a shame! I was hoping to get lucky." Luke winked at the girl, which made a giggle escape her lips. She tucked a peice of hair behind her ear before speaking again, "I can see what I can do."

"Oh can I buy a pack of Marlboros please." He pointed to the ciggarettes behind her and she nodded, grabbing a pack and opening the cash register.

He took a glance at us over his shoulder nodding, our cue. He went back to talking to the girl as Calum and I did what we were told.

Uncapping a couple bottles of vodka, carefully pouring them on the floor. Luckily we were far away from the front, so the girl couldn't hear us.

We continued pouring the liquid, until we heard a loud bang in the front of the store.

Michael knocked down a display of lighters up front. He shouted a "Sorry!" to the girl up front as she walked over and started picking up lighters. He slid two with his feet towards the back where we stood.

Michael stood up, towering over the girl on the floor who was still picking up lighters. Pulling out a gun, he pointed it at her head. Once she was done, she began standing up as Michael spoke. "I've made such  a mess."

"Oh it's oka-" she was cut off by his gun shot. The bullet going straight through her forehead.

"I wasn't talking about the lighters." he spoke in a whisper.

As Calum and I quickly stuffed alchohol in our bags and Luke stuffed money and cigarettes in his, Michael stood standing there. Staring at the girl laying on the floor, lifeless.

Sirens could be heard faintly, I silently paniced.

"Want to do the honors?" Calum spoke holding a lighter out to me. I took it and walked to the front of the store next to Michael.

"We gotta go, okay?" I handed him my bag and took his, filling it with more liquor. He nodded, before looking at me. Smiling he spoke, "It felt good."

I lit the liquid on the floor and watched the fire rise, Calum pulled me out while I pulled Michael. We ran to the car, where Luke was already. "You guys take forever."

"It felt good, good." Michael repeated to himself next to us in the back seat. Calum turned my head away from Michael by my chin and shook his head, "I'll explain later."
