A tail of a hero

CHAPTER TWO (the UA application announcements.)

"good morning class!" Mr. Echizen said as he walked to his big desk.

"good morning Sensei!" we all said in semi unison.

"alright let's get to the point! This is all of your third years, right?" everyone was silent as he looked at the class. "well?" some nodded and others said yes. "alright! Its time to ask the question."

"when are we going to die?" someone said. People started to laugh. Mr. Echizen smirked and rolled his eyes.

"sure but that's not the question I was thinking of. No, the question is... what do I want to do or be in the not so distant future." The class went silent again, some smiled, some started to shift in their chairs with excitement and anticipation. "I probably know the answer but... I'm going to hand out these "future career forms" anyhow." He said as he started to walk through each row and hand a piece of paper to everyone. We all wrote things down then everyone had to hand it to someone, and that someone had to go up to the teacher and hand it back. When all our career forms were on Mr. Echizen's desk he looked at them. "as I thought. Almost all of you want to be Heroes." Everyone hooped and hollered. Some using their quirks. "alright, alright! Let's see" he thought for a moment. "Some of you want to go for U.A. right?" hands went up, including mine and Akio's. "alright well, I can only hope for the best." He said. After that, class went on as usual.

After school, everyone was starting to go from the classroom.

"bye Akio~" the same girl that was talking to him before class said, waving as she walked to the door.

"see yah." He replied. He grabbed his bag and glanced at me.

"so... who's that?" I asked walking up to him with my bookbag. He rolled his eyes and looked away.

"no one." He muttered as he started to the door.

"Hey!! Akio!! Come on...!" I said as I chased after him.

After I caught up to Akio, we were already outside.

"Aiya!! Wait up!" Kaida said as she flew up to us. She landed beside me and smiled. "hey! Did you hear about MT. Lady today?!" Akio's ears twitched in our direction.

"huh?" I said in confusion.

"Mt. Lady!!! She defeated a villain that was causing trouble in town this morning. You haven't heard?"

"no, I guess not." I gave her a goofy smile and she rolled her eyes.

"man... I wish I could have seen it. It sounded so cool!" she wined. Suddenly there was an explosion, the earth trembled under our feet. I looked up to see a big cloud of smike in the town. "Wow! Hey, let's go check it out!" we started to run towards it. A crowd was forming as we arrived. There was a huge green sludge man, it looked like he was trying to eat a kid but no. it wasn't eating him... it was trying to go inside of him, suffocating him. the boy was trying to escape by using his quirk, but it was no use. The heroes couldn't do anything as all of this was happening.

"oh my god." I said as I stared in horror. I didn't want to see this. I looked at all the people around me instead.

"hey, that villain... isn't it the one all might was chasing?" someone said.

"all might?! No way! He's really here?!" another said.

"yeah, I saw him earlier."

"then whats all might doing now?!" I turned back.

"Aiya? The heroes will save him, right?" kaida said in a quiet shaky voice, Tears starting to form in her eyes. I didn't know how to answer her.

"I hope so." I told her. she looked up at me, wrapping her arms around me as she turned back. Suddenly a green curly haired boy raced out of the crowd towards the villain.

"GET BACK HERE YOU FOOL!! STOP!!" the pro hero Death Arms shouted at the boy. When he got 6 feet away from the villain, he took his backpack off and threw it at it's eye with a HIYAH!! The villain growled in pane and its grip on the boy loosened.

"KACCHAN!!" the green hared boy shouted as he tried to claw the other boy free.

"YOU! WHY?!" he said, struggling to get free from the villain.

"MY LEGS JUST STARTED MOVING! WHY? I DUNNO!!" the green haired boy answered. "YOU... YOU LOOKED LIKE YOU NEEDED SAVING."

"STOP...... IT!" the other boy said as the villain held him and started to suffocate him again. I heard someone say something in the crowd behind me.

"pathetic!!" was all I heard until it was drowned out by the villain.

"just a bit longer." Its voice was gargly like it had drainage in its throat. "SO STOP GETTING IN MY WAY!!!" I got chills. Kaida tightened her grip and stuck her face in my shirt.

"does he have a death wish? HE'LL DIE FOR NOTHING!!" the pro heroes started to rush towards the villain in hopes of saving him.

"the lesson I left you with... I SHOULD PRACTICE WHAT PREACH!!" said a deep familiar voice. Kaida lifted her head and I gasped.

"ALL MIGHT!!" Kaida cried.

"A PRO SHOULD ALWAYS BE READY TO RISK HIS LIFE!!" he had grabbed the two boy's arms with his left hand and poled his right back, ready to punch. "DETROIT SMAAASH!!!!!" he punched the Villain, and his green slimy sludgy body exploded, scattering everywhere. The wind was so strong it felt like a small tornado. it made dust and dirt go in everyone's faces and every which way. Everyone covered their face, trying to see what was happening. When the wind calmed down, I saw all might, his fist still posed like it punched something, and the two boys on the ground, knocked out. Suddenly, it started to rain.

"rain?" someone in the crowd said.

"no way. The air pressure... that rising current..."

"HEY HEY HEY HEY HEY HEY HEY."

"HE CHANGED THE WEATHER WITH A SINGLE PUNCH!!"

"AMAZING. THAT'S... ALL MIGHT!!"

"YEAHHHHhhhh!!"

a little while later and the police were shewing everyone away. The pro heroes were collecting all the villain's sludgy body parts, and all might was being surrounded by reporters. I watched as some of the other pro heroes were telling the green haired boy how stupid and reckless, he had been by doing what he did; as the boy that had been captured by the villain was getting all the praise. He looked so mad, his pail, spiky blond hair had dirt in it. He seemed like he wasn't really listening. I wonder why...

"Aiya, lets go." Akio said as he motioned for me to come along. When we arrived, Me and Kaida waved goodbye and walked to our houses.

"what a day..." I said as I collapsed on my bed. Dirt had mixed in with my hair and fur, there was also some on my face and legs. "I'm glad that spiky haired boy survived." I said as I curled up in a ball and started to fall asleep.
