"School is killing me..." Kaida groaned as we walked on the beach.

"its ok, you're smart. You'll get through it." I said in an honest voice.

"hey, aren't you nervous? The exam is in like, a month or so." She said with a concerned expression. I blinked.

"WHAT?! Its that soon?!" I exclaimed in shock.

"you totally forgot, didn't you?" she said in a knowing tone, looking at me with a smirk.

"no... I've just been really busy with school and all, so..." I told her, twiddling my fingers.

"sure..." she said as she put her hands behind her head in a nonchalant way.

"HEY! YOU GUYS!" Akio exclaimed as he dashed in their direction. We looked over at him in unison.

"what is it?" I asked.

"someone is cleaning up the beach. You know, the one with all the trash?"

"oh." I said in surprise. Ever since I could remember, that beach had always had trash. "well, I guess that's a good thing. I always thought that place was beautiful. It just needed some cleaning. I'm glad!" I said with a sweet smile.

"Hey! I want to go see!" Kaida said as she started to flap her wings, lifting herself off the ground.

"this way!" Akio said as he started to run the way he had come. We followed him.

When we got to the beach, we saw the green haired boy from that villain attack and a really skinny guy with yellow hair.

"hey, isn't that, one of the kids from the villain attack?" I said in surprise.

"I think so." Akio said. The boy didn't look the same, well it didn't help that he was sweating like crazy. "hey, lets get out of here." Akio turned back and started to walk away. I started to walk with him.

"yeah, ok." I said as I glanced back.

After we left the beach we went to go eat.

"what the hell is this?! I didn't order this!" a loud, deep and ruff voice said. We all turned to see what was happening.

"oh, I'm sorry sir." The waitress said as she took it back.

"get it right!" he growled. I gasped as I recognized the voice. I stretched around the corner to see if it really was him. it was.

" ! It's the spiky haired boy from the villain attack." Kaida whispered. I nodded.

"it sure is." I turned away as he looked in our direction. Kaida flinched as he glared at us.

"the hell are you looking at?" he said.

"s-sorry." Kaida whispered. I looked up at him, our eyes met. He glared, I glared. He looked away, rolling his eyes in annoyance.

"Aiya, we need to think of how to prepare for the exam." Akio said. I looked at him.

"yeah, you're right." I agreed.

When we got home, we had thought of a plan for every theory for the U.A. entrance exam. We were going to practice our quirks, agility, and combat skills. We were also going to study really hard. We didn't really have any other ideas then that.

"we have three weeks to prepare. We can do this." Akio told me as we brushed our teeth in our small bathroom. "tomorrow, we are going to go to the beach for training purposes. Maybe we shouldn't bring Kaida this time."

"sadly, you're right. We shouldn't bring her this time." I agreed.

After we finished getting ready for bed, I walked to my room. When I was starting to nod off, I couldn't stop thinking about the spiky haired boy. He always seemed so mad. Why?

"waaahhhhhhh!" there was a faint screen in the distance.

"what was that?" I asked in shock. It was 6 A.M. and Akio and I were training at the beach like we had been since the first week we started. The exam was finely here. This was the day.

"I don't know. Maybe it was a seagull?" he said. "come on, we're almost done. We need to go and get ready after this so let's go." He started to jog faster than me, I cot up to him and we finished our training. "let's go home."
