Well, tonights one of my schools big rivalry games and the last game before playoffs, so i decided to write poem about our football boys ;) lemme know what you think!
Top dogs,
Sweet as sugar.
Gameday jersies
Gathered in crowds.
Smiles that make
The girls swoon.
Eyes that shine like stars.
Heads held high,
Hearts full of school pride
Humbled by a light touch
From a female hand.
Kings of the School,
But sometimes they need
To be brought down to Earth.
Need to be reminded,
They're not Superman.
But how we love our
Football boys.
Top dogs,

Under the bright lights.
One last huddle with a tied score,
Seconds on the clock.
One team to leave the feild
And be met by screaming fans.
The other not so lucky...
Still Kings of the School,
But tonight they'll have
Been brought down to Earth
And reminded that
