Eye patch (Finnal chapter)

Hai, yeah, this is the last chapter before I discontinue the story. I reeeaaaaally wanted to hit the 50 chapter mark like my two other Aphmau fanfic buuuuut I've pretty much quite the fandom and I won't be doing any more writing for the mcdu.

Also, this chapter was pre written, back when I knew where I was even going with this story line.

Laurence's POV:

Garroth told me about... Zane's outburst that happened while I was out. Out of all the things that could happen, I wasn't expecting that.

Honestly, now I feel stupid.

Why'd we have to find out about our feelings through a dumb potion?

I sighed and layed down on my bed, placing my palm on my forehead lazily.

My eyes barely staying open, I looked through my fingers at me white painted ceiling. It was a slightly bland looking room but I guess that makes sence, I haven't been here for a while.

Sighing again, I forced myself to sit up.

I could feel it... that burning feeling of evil in the back of my mind... Over the last year I've learnt how to deal with it but sometimes, it still isn't enough. Sometimes, it makes me feel like I'm not a human anymore.

Why on earth would some one ever like me, let alone Garroth. He deserves better then that. He deserves better then me.

Walking over to the bathroom, I trudged inside and locked the door. Keeping my head low, I didn't take my eyes off the floor until I'd reached my destination. The sink.

Raising my head slowly, I drew my focus to the mirror.

Of course I'd look like that. My eyes were a dull red and my skin was sagging around the bottom of my eyes.

DoEsN't ThAt LoOk NiCe?

"No."

I sounded bland, boring. Like I was some empty husk.

"Not interested."

I covered my hands in cold water and rubbed my palms on my closed eye lids. Blinking a couple times to get the dropplets out of my eyelashes, I saw that my eyes had stopped shinning.

But there was a problem.

My right eye had remained that murky red colour.

"I don't mind. You've put me through enough hell already."

I went to leave the bathroom before suddenly stopping.

HeLl YoU sAy? HeHeHe.

"You're acting different. You used to leach off my insecurities but now you sound more like a demon trying to convince me to let you posses me." I muttered,
