Rye's POV
Seeing this beautiful animal shivering and whimpering before me broke my heart. I shifted back into my human form and stood there sadly looking at the wolf. I started to walk slowly towards it and it started to shake more. I finally reached it and I kneeled down beside the scared wolf and placed my hand on the side of its face. When my hand met the fur the wolf suddenly stopped shaking. It looked strait into my eyes and I suddenly felt like nothing else was around me. I only realized that I was still in the forest because Harvey growled at me for going near a unknown wolf in my human form. I just rolled my eyes and I turned back to the beautiful creation.
"I know this is a lot to ask since we don't know each other but can you change back please" I asked him while looking into those beautiful eyes. He looked at me worried and then relaxed a little but then looked over at Harvey, Mikey, and Sonny and tensed up again.
"It's ok. They won't hurt you and if they do then I will deal with them. You are safe with me here" I assured him with a smile on my face. He looked back at me and shook his head. I stood up and walked back a little bit so he could have room to shift. He looked at me one more time before looking down and shifting. As soon as he shifted there was a plop on the ground and I saw a very beautiful small boy laying there on the ground. I ran over to him and I grabbed his shoulders and shook him.
"Are got ok. No please don't leave me. Please come back. Wake up. Please" I said starting to tear up. I picked the small boy up and ran as fast as I could back to the castle so I could help this boy.
