Theodora, threw her cape over her head as she sneaked into the cottage. Before she died (y/n) instructed her to care for the only thing left of hers here. No one would to know about this. She bent over the cradle as she shushed the cries of the new born. You have your mother's eyes. And the looks of your father. She thought to herself. After straddling the newborn and successfully putting it to sleep. She put it back in the crate and let it peacefully rest.

She took her time out as she looked around the cottage, once, the four of them - Tom, (y/n), Abraxas and her- came to seek refuge in this cottage after they made their horcruxes. The picture frame of the four of them smiling was still there. Despite the broken frame, Theodora still out it up on display, because after her best friend died. She didn't want to erase her from her memories. She picked up the letter next to it and read it again to the hundredth time.

Dear reader,

You're probably wondering why I met such a fate. Well truth is, to be free and free Tom from his suffering, we both had to die. I made sure that Tom lived and had his rebirth as he deserved a second chance. I hope he's doing alright. I miss you so so much darling. I love you so much, please never forget that. Now, you're probably also wondering who that is in the crate. Well it's actually my infant. I never knew I was pregnant and I never knew I gave birth. But ever since that dream happened to me. I knew that this was the fruit of me and Tom. The fruit of our love. This might sound selfish, but I wish that they never know who their father is. So please, who ever is watching over the child. Shower them with love and support and make sure they never know who their real parents are. When they ask, just tell them; "they were madly in love".
To my best girl Theodora, I really hope you don't hate me too much for what I did. But at the end of the day I knew you understood my choice. I am watching over you, every single day, like a guardian angel, and whenever you need a friend or a shoulder to cry on, just cry out to me, and all your burdens will disappear.
To my child, I never meant to abandon you, no such thing. I made sure you will grow up showered with gifts and love. You have been the best surprise I have ever received and please know that mummy loves you so so much.
And finally, to Tom, wherever you may be, I hope I still hold a place in your heart. If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets. When tomorrow starts without me, don't think we're far apart, for every time you think of me, I'm right here in your heart.
For all those who stuck with me until the very end, you can shed tears that I am gone, or you can smile because I lived. You can close your eyes and pray that I will come back, or you can open your eyes and see all that I have left.
