ch 13: Eyes

Nick's POV

I woke up to unfamiliar weight on my shoulder.Looking down I realized it was my sisters head.

"Lena, wake up."

"No~"

"Come on, do i have to call leo and liam?"

"Yes y- wait no, I'm up!"

I chuckled at her act.

"Morning Nick" She hugged me.

"Good morning baby girl. Come on, it's breakfast time.

We walked downstairs where half of the boys were, the rest was probably still asleep.

The breaker consisted of eggs, fruit and juice.

"Before you run of somewhere,go wake up the rest of the boys Elena." Xander commanded.

"Okay,fine."

Third person's POV

After she was in the hallway, Elena was thinking of ways to wake her brothers and cousins up.

Deciding on a classic she waltzed into the first room. Alex's.

She stood at the doorway, then ran towards his bed, jumping once she was close enough.

"Dear God, get off me." Alex groaned.

"Are you awake?"

"No,I'm sleep talking,get off Elena"

"Good morning to you too, Al"

After she woke up the rest of the boys the same way, they decided to avenge their beautiful dreams she interrupted.

So now, two hours later,she is hiding in the pantry.

"Hello,little mouse"Xander said,after opening the pantry door and finnaly finding her.

"What are you doing in the pantry?"Nick asked.

"Trying not to get eaten by the devils"

"Alright, but you need to get out of there, we are going out"Xander said.

"Were,who and why?"She asked, getting up from the floor she was sitting on.

"Too many questions, we're just going for a walk, come out."

"You need to promise that devils wont kill me." I said.

"They wont, now lets go"Xander said.

We walked out and all the boys were waiting in the living room on the couch.

"God! Where were you! We looked everywere"Damian asked.

"Im not telling, its the only safe place in this house."

"She was in the pantry" Xander smirked.

"Seriously!"

He only smiled at her.

"Frick you"She flipped him off and walked over to where Nick stood.

"You're the good guy here, Nick"I smiled.

He kissed the top of her head and told everyt to get in the cars.

Twenty minutes later they were parking their cars in the local parking lot.

Whole they were walking,wolf whistles were sent in Elena's direction.

She figured her outfit was to blame. A denim jacket, with white top that was tucked into a plain black skirt.

"If i hear one more whistle I swear I will murder someone"Diego growled.

"Of any one of you whistles at my sister again you wont be able to open your mouth!" Ethan yelled.

"Woah,calm down Ethan,it's okay."Hayden said.

"No,it's not okay!"

"Calm down"Nick said.

Ethan huffed but kept quiet.

"There is supposed to be a fair in the evening,you guys wana come back and check it out?"Mason asked after looking at a poster on the glass of one of the local caffes.

Decided to eat out,they soon walked inside a restaurant.

A waiter collected their orders, and walked back to he kitchen.

"So, how's school?"Xander asked, looking at Elena.

"I'd rather not talk about it"I said.

"Everything okay?"

"It's fine, just some issues." I answered.

"If you say so." He said not convinced,but the waiter came back with food so he didnt question any further.

After lunch,they walked around some and visited the fair.

Few rides and a lot of candy later the eldest decided it was time to head home.

Everyone headed home, except Nick and Elena, who went to the store to get some drinks.

"So,what do we wana drink?" Nick asked.

"Hm...we need orange juice, coke and sprite"

"Allright m'lady, lets go get it and go home."He said.

After everything was in the cart they made their way to cashier.

"Hey Nick? Can i go get gum?"I asked.

"Sure, hurry back"

"I will"

Elena was looking for gum when a shoulder colided with her own.

Elena's POV

My eyes widdend and I took steps back.

"Come on honey,dont back away from your father. Come here." He streached his hand out to grab mine. I turned around and sprinted towards my brother.

I ran into him and grabbed his hand.

He chuckled.
"Woahh, woah, calm down. What happened?" He asked and lifted my chin up gently.

"D-dad is here"I whisperd.

"What?"

"Come on,we're going home"He quickly payed and rushed us to the car.

"Get in" He comanded.I opend the passenger seat door and got in.Buckled myself and Nick started driving.

We soon arived home.

Nick went inside and locked the door.

"Go to your room." He said to me.

"Bu-"

"Elena, please go to your room."

I nodded and went upstairs.
I herd the guys talking downstairs.

Deciding I have nothing better to do, I took out my books and decided to put them on my window seat.

What I didn't expect was to see a pair of eyes staring right back at me.
