Chapter Two

Angelica's P.O.V.

"What was that smile all about Angelica?" Kim asked me with her brows going up and down.

They still can't move on from what happened yesterday. The activity, no it is the smile part.

It was just a smile, okay I'm too plastic to say that it is just a smile for me 'cause it really isn't like that.

That smile, left a huge impact on me. I can't stop smiling even when I got home. I even stood for more than 30 minutes in front of our mirror, and guess what I did? I just stupidly stared at myself smiling then blushing after that.

I think I'm going insane because of his smile. That smile was just too cute. I can't take it off my mind.

"Angel, a-are you really b-blushing?" Sheila asked me like she can't believe what she is seeing right now.

"Oh.My.Gosh! You're really blushing!" and that's when I got back to my senses.

I quickly searched for my mirror in my bag, and then I looked at myself. I almost shrieked when I saw that it's really true.

Oh gosh! I'm blushing again because of his smile!

"Stop it Sheila!" I said trying to hide my burning cheeks.

"Yieeee, you're kinikilig aren't you?"

"Why would I? It's just a smile!" I said defending myself.

"Just a smile?Just a smile your face Angelica Jane Mendez. Admit it, you liked that smile!"

"Even though I liked that smile, we all know, that isn't really for me. Even the song, we know that it is dedicated for her not for me. It's just I'm the one in front of him" I said.

"Bitter!" they said in unison.

I just rolled my eyes on the,.

"But what did he say when he gave you the guitar? We saw him whispering something to you. What is that?"

"Stop being so malicious. He just said sorry. Stop it" I said and started reading my book.

"But, did he really say sorry?" They asked and I just nodded slowly.

"Yieeee, it seems like he can't resist you!" they said but I just rolled my eyes again at them.

"Stop that, 'He can't resist me' thingy. He did that for his grades, if not for that he probably won't do that" I said not looking at them.

"Okay. That's what you say" they said, but I can still sense that they're still not convinced with my answer.

"Hey, you already have dress for tonight?" Shaina asked me.

I just shook my head.

"Let's just buy together. You two will come with us?"

"Sure"

We all fell silent after that. We became busy with the books we are reading.

"Angelica" Kim called out on me all of a sudden.

I just raised my eyebrow as sign of my response.
