Halloween Special Part 4

Classes were over for the morning and students were heading off to various places for lunch. Emi waited outside the school for Calex. Today they were going back to her place. Neither one of them wanted to chance running into Chole or Mara. Since Calex's family lived above the family's resturatant, the odds of running into one of them was high. Emi's place was close enough for them to leave and get back to school on time and have a peaceful lunch.

Emi placed a piece of candy into her jacket pocket. Pixie was inside the pocket, happily eating the various candies Emi had given her throughout the day. Emi knew giving an already hyper kwami more sugar was a bad idea. But she liked to spoil her little friend every once in a while. Emi didn't think kwamis could get stomach aches.

"CHOLE!!!!" Mara's voice echoed from inside the school to outside where Emi stood. "What have you done!" Anger coursed through her as she caught up to the mayor's daugther inside the courtyard. "You can't stand someone else having the spotlight can you?" She stormed over to the blonde. "I'm the one you have a problem with, not my father. Don't be a coward and hide behind you daddy. Face me head on, you wimp."

"How dare you acuse me!?" Chole looked at Mara with shock. She placed a hand on her heart, like she was hurt. "I've done nothing. How could I do anything to you when I've been in school all day?" She gave a slight smirk that was replaced with a pout. "Do you have any proof?"

Mara's face turned red from anger. She couldn't prove Chole actually did anything, but she knew it was her. Who else could've ruined the concert in such a short time. "Quit playing innocent, we both know it was you. Admit it!"

"I admit nothing. When you have proof, than we'll talk." Chole turned away from the girl and walked over to the limo. Sabrina was beside the vechile, holding the door open.

"You won't get away with this Chole." Mara followed her. "I will make sure your party fails."

The two girls glared at each other, until girl with long purple hair interjected. "Why are you two fighting about a party and concert when halloween will be here soon? That's what's important." The girl had midnight black eyes and wore her hair in a ponytail with a black ribbon. She wore a dark purple dress with spider-web leggings undernearth. "There are many different ways to celebrate halloween, party or no party or no concert. Stop worrying about the little things and get ready to have fun!"

"STAY OUT OF THIS!!!" Chole and Mara both shouted.

"Halloween is such a lame holiday. No one's giving me any gifts and there's never any new clothes released." Chole flipped her hair and stepped into the lame. "Only babies actually 'celebrate' halloween. My costume party was planned months ago. It just so happens to be held this month. It has nothing to do with halloween." She snapped her figures for Sabrina to get in the limo, than the two left.

"What's the point i dressing up in stuipd costume and asking for candy, when I can have gourmor chocolate imported?" Mara stated. "No, the day is just a waste of time. Time that could be better spent doing almost anything else." She than went back into the school, leaving the girl.

Emi didn't have a chance to check on the girl, as Calex came out. He pulled Emi along, wanting to get food as quickly as possblie. When Calex was in a rush, there was no stopping him. Emi hoped the girl would be okay and not take anything said to her to heart.

"Halloween is not stuipd." She said softly. She'd come to Paris to see how people celebrated halloween. Sure it wasn't a big holiday, but it was still a holiday. She didn't want people to go all out. As long as they enjoyed themselves and had fun, she was happy. When she saw the two girl aurging outside the school, she thought reminding them about halloween would help calm them down.

"How unfair those two girls were, crushing your dreams." A voice spoke to her. "Who are they do bash halloween. I'll help to achive your dream of seeing everyone having fun on halloween. You'll have to Paris from it's 'heroes' who hate halloween for your dreams to come true, Hallows-Eve."

"I'll make sure everyone have a blast this halloween!" Agreeing to the deal, dark blue energy engulfed her.
