"Don't underestimate a Brit"

3rd person POV:

After the whole ordeal Kat had burnt out most of her powers and once they were a  safe distance away from the burning building her legs gave out on her, Jasper caught her just in time before she hit the ground. "Darlin' you sure you don't need a hospital?" He asked her as he lifted her up and cradled her in his arms. Kat looked up at him pouting before swiping her hand across his face. 

"shut up you doof" she mumbled "All..I need... is a little rest..." her speech became more spaced and slurred as she snuggled into his chest and drifted into a soft slumber to the sent of smoke and soft cotton, the scent of Jasper. 

"Don't worry she'll be fine." A familiar voice was heard from behind them, the coven turned to be greeted with the green hair and kind eyes of Karen, mother to our blue haired heroine. "she's exuberated her powers, almost at her full potential quite impressive for her first time enhancing that power. Just let her rest she will be fine when she wakes up." 

"Nice to see you again Karen" Carlisle smiles humbly at the old face with open arms "Although this isn't the greater time for a catch up." he sighs out an unneeded breath. 

"Lets get these two to safety before the human succumbs to her injuries." Karen guided to which the coven agreed and they all left to the nearest hospital where Carlisle pulled string to set up a bed for Bella. Whilst they where worrying about the human Jasper and Alice booked into a near by hotel to set Katrina up for the night where they waited for them to wake up. 

Setting her down on the bed in the plush first class suite Jasper brushed some stray hair out from her face, feeling the presence of her mate she moved closer to his hand and nuzzled (OwO) into it. 

"She really loves you, you know?" Alices voice broke the comfortable silence. "do you think she can help me remember what I was like before I was turned?" she asked. Jasper looked up at her a soft smile on him. 

"Maybe, there is still little we know about the world she comes from." he responded. looking back at her "if she does then shell either blurt it out accidentally if she stares at you or you could just ask her." 

As Katrina slept she was watched over by Jasper and Alice. She woke up two days later, three days before Bella awoke. 

The world was dark when Kat woke up, dark but comfortable, slightly cold but that didn't bother her, in fact it comforted her. feeling this comfort Katrina cuddled further into this comfort only for it to wrap around her in an embrace. This caught her attention.if it was a blanket then It shouldn't move. If it was her mum that would be weird. If it was a stranger then she was ready to beat some ass. slowly she moved her hand up the rock hard torso that if it wasn't a stranger she would defiantly like this guy, but now wasn't the time to fantasise. As her hand traveled further up it curled into a fist, pulled back and with as much power as she could Kat punched up and into the figures face. 

To Jaspers surprise the punch sent him out of the bed and onto the floor with a slight pain to his jaw. 

"What the hell you creeper?!?Who the fuck are you?!?" Katrina shouted at him as she covered herself with the duvet cover. "where am I? what do you want?!" her shouting continued as none of her questions where answered. 

Jasper just stayed stunned on the spot he had been thrown to. He himself was just as confused as she was. 

"Ummm... what?"he asked her but also himself. 

"I asked you a question! are you going to answer or not you cree... Jasper?" her rant suddenly stopped as she recognised the blonde. 

"Yes Kat?" he asked. He slowly got up from his spot. 

"what am I doing here?" Kat looked around at the lavish hotel room that she had awoken in. "how are you here? unless this is some weird dream that has  originated from a late night twilight sesh?" most of her sentence was said to herself. 

"Do you remember what happened Kitty?" Jasper asked her moving forward  to put his hand on her shoulder only for it to be whacked away. 

"I don't remember a lot, its all a bit hazy. and the only person to call me kitty is my mother....Oh shit my mother! if this isn't a dream then I'm massively screwed!!" Katrina rambles again, agin mostly to herself. 

"Have I ever told you you're cute when ramble." Jaspers nonchalant comment caused Katrina to go bright red in the face. 

"If you have a don't remember." she said. "Can you answer my question of where I am now?" 

"You're in a first class suite that we placed you in after the fight with James, you used up too much power and passed out in my arms." He lightly explained to her leaving out the fact that they were mates incase it would be too over whelming for her on top of the fact that she defeated James. 

"Fight with James, I wasn't there,  Emmett and you did?" This was a shock to Jasper as that wasn't how he remembered it, but then remembered that it must have been what happened in her dimension. 

"No it was you, you full on blew him to pieces with just your mind. "t was very hot, but also very deadly." he told her completely in awe at the memory of what she did, he will admit that he was stunned by how dangerous she looked but in the danger there was a deep beauty that he found alluring. 

"I did it?" she asked still unsure, she looked down at the floor still not too convinced about what he was telling her, still thinking was all some alternate dream.

"yeah, you did." he confirmed, smiling and finally placing his hand on her shoulder. 

"well you know what they say..." she looked up at him with a smirk on her face, her blue stranding framing and reflecting the sun that was coming from the window, it made her appear angelic to Jasper, but to him she always looked angelic. 

"Don't underestimate a Brit."
