We decided to go to Denny's for breakfast. We get there and the waiter seats us. I start telling Jetta about what happened at the party and i told her all about Lionel.
"So do you like him or something??"
"Who Lionel?? Girl please he nice and everything but he not my type." That's when Michelle butted in.
"Maybe you should try somebody that's not your type cause it sound like all they do is hurt you." I got mad because not only was she right but it was none of her business. She should have kept her mouth shut.
"Look i'm happy you make my bestfriend happy but you got boundaries when it come to my business. You listen, say nothing, and keep it to yourself. Shxt ion want yo two sense unless it's goin towards the bill. Fuxk outta here." Jetta started laughing and Michelle looked so shocked.
At that moment our food came out and we started grubbin. We talked and laughed and all of a sudden i heard a sound that pierced my ears like a sword.
"Wassup baby" Dre walks up with a girl on his arm.
"Can i fuxking help you??"
"Naah you helped me enough by showin me you lonely af"
"But i'm not lonely soooo" i lied straight through my teeth. He was pissing me off i had too.
I pulled out my phone and texted Lionel come to Denny's NOW.
He replied immediately "i'm already here wya??"
"In the back at the corner booth."
Within seconds Lionel walks up to my table. And Dre's eyes shot straight to him. I mouthed "play along" to him and he nodded.
"Dre this is my boyfriend Lionel. Lionel this is punk ass weak ass spineless boost mobile ass niggah Dre." I say with a smile on my face.
He wrapped his arm around my waist and pecked my cheek. "Sorry i'm late baby i'm still trynna figure out how to get around this city. Awww you look cute in my sweats babe."
"It's ok babe." I could see Dre getting mad and it just made me so happy.
"So please excuse us hooker and the girlfriend. We are trying to have breakfast."
They walk out and i pull Lionel into a big hug.
"Thank you so much you totally saved me. I owe you one. Wait why was you already here??"
"I'm having breakfast with my moms." I could hear a slight accent in his voice. It was kinda sexy actually.
"And what you mean you trynna figure out how to get around the city??"
"I just moved out here from New Orleans." I knew i heard an accent.
"Well thanks again. We're just gonna go."
He stepped in front of me to stop me from leaving. "Would you like to join us for breakfast??"
"I don't think that's a good idea but have fun." I start walking away.
"Don't forget you owe me." I look at him and he's smiling at me.
"Mhmm." I say flipping my hair and heading out the door.
