The next morning i wake up and Dre's not in bed. Again. "Babe where you at??" I called out. There was no answer. I walked downstairs and found him in the kitchen.
"GoodMorning beautiful."
"Morning. What are you doing??"
"Well i was talking to King this morning and you know his birthday tomorrow right?? Well he trynna have a pool party today so i was gonna take you shopping."
"I'll go get ready!!" I ran upstairs to get ready. I'm not about to say no to a shopping trip. I grabbed a pair of panties and a bra and went to go take a shower. After i got out i curled my hair put on my bra and panties and headed to the closet. I picked out a pair of high waist pants, my black crop top, and my black Jordan's. I grabbed my purse and went back downstairs.
"Let's go??"
"Alright baby c'mon"
We got in his black Cadillac Escalade truck and went to the mall. We pulled up and got out to go to my favorite store Image.
As soon as we walked in i saw the perfect one. It was a black and purple bikini that had a waist wrap to match. I went to try it on and came back out.
"How bout this one??"
"Damn baby you can't wear that. I don't want nobody lookin at your body but me."
"Yeah and i didn't want nobody riding yo dick but me but i guess we can't all have what we want." I could see him getting angry but i didn't care he brought that on himself.
I walked towards the cashier and put the swimsuit on the counter.
"That'll be $23.67." I turned and looked at him checking out another girls ass.
"Pay for the fuxkin suit so we can go to my brothers pool party!!" I said while giving him the death stare. I know he could hear the anger in my voice. He paid for it and we left and went back to his house. I put my swimsuit on and my black sandals and sat down on the couch to wait for him.
"Let's go baby" He said walking over to me in his trunks and tank top. We got up and went to the car. We drove to King's house and when we got there everybody was there. King (of course), Jazzy, Ronald, Lionel, Josh, Alisa, and a lot more people i did and didn't know.
I went to my brother and screamed loud af. "Happy Birthday Brother I Loooove Yoooouuuu Sometimes!!" He turned around and hugged me.
"What you mean sometimes baby sis"
"Oh hush imma go say hi to everyone." I walked outside by the pool.
"Hey bishes who makin my drink??" Everyone started laughing and greeting me and hugging me one by one. I looked over and noticed Dre talkin to that bitxh Malani he used to flirt with at school.
I walked over and grabbed his hand and greeted her with a fake smile. "Hi Malani." She looked me up and down and walked away.
Dre looked at me. "Ayye why you do that?? We was talkin??" Did i hear what i think i just heard!? Is this niggah serious. I dropped his hand and definitely planned to get faded tonight cause he pissed me off.
I walked over to the bar and asked for a shot of vodka. I took it down quick and asked for another. All of a sudden Jazzy sat next to me.
"Can we talk??"
"How bout no." I said feeling the vodka a little when i turned my head. I turned back around and took another shot. She smacked her lips and went over to the pool.
I got up and walked over to people asking for a drink. They kept giving them to me so i kept downing them. I looked over and saw Malani giggling while Dre was whispering to her.
"That niggah aint even funny" I said having another drink. I went in the house and grabbed my brothers cake and walked back outside. I lit the candles and called everyone over.
"Hey everyone it's time to sing happy birthday." They all came and gathered around king. Except Dre and Melani who excluded themselves but i won't make a scene this is about my brother.

Everyone clapped and he cut the cake. He passed out pieces to everyone but i didn't want any. I walked over to somebody but i couldn't tell who it was. I took his drink and said thank you and walked away. I drank it and started walking home.
I kept stumbling and talking to myself. "So he just gone cheat on me. I am pretty, i am smart, i am ummm some other things too." I fell but got back up. As soon as i stood up a car pulled up next to me. I couldn't see who it was cause i was really faded.
???: "Hey Jayla do you need a ride??"
"Do i look like i need a ride??" I fell down and started crying.
He got out and picked me up. "C'mon i got you." He put me in the car and put on my seatbelt. "Where to??"
"Nowhere. That's where." He pulled over and looked at me.
???: "I don't know what you're going through but i got you. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. You gonna come with me tonight and i'll clean you up and get you to bed ok" I nodded and we drove off.
