The new kid

Chapter 4

James POV

and with that he was gone...

the school day seemed to be going by so slowly and with Angelica talking to me it seems like time is dragging on longer.....

"And then she she yelled at me because I like Mineta!" 

"That's great Angelica"

"You seem really out of it today....are you ok?" Angelica questioned 

"Yeah i'm fine" I retorted but if I were to be honest I was only focusing on the fact we were getting at seating chart in biology and when the teacher stepped away from the board I realized that me and Ben had to sit next to each other 

"aww look you and you're boyfriend are next to each other" Ryker yelled to Ben.

"He is not my boyfriend." Ben snapped back at Ryker and then Ben waked over to me and Angelica

"Hey dude would it be ok if i were to go to your house tonight?" Ben gushed 

"yeah that would be fine." I murmured 

"great see you tonight" He said 

Angelica then hugged me and started to fangirl about me and Ben being together and us getting married and other stuff which I found to be really really stupid but of course if I tell her that she'll get all defensive about it saying that she's allowed to do what she wants which is not true but oh well.

I turn to see that Ben was listening to our conversation and to see him blushing and giggling. I scratched the back of my neck I really should tell Angelica to keep her mouth shut about those things.

"Could you be any louder?!" I snapped at Angelica, she stared at me with the most dumbfounded eyes and asked me why then I told her that it was embarrassing for her to talk about it. 

"Well sorry that I want my friend to be happy!" she yelled back.

"We are not friends!" I rebuked 

"WELL FINE THEN!" Angelica began to cry and walked away from me, I then started to hyperventilate and everything went black and disappeared, Shit I was having a panic attack.

Angelica noticed but didn't know what to do, then all of a sudden I heard a familiar voice say "James? James can you hear me?" It was Ben.

"I can hear you." I said quietly, I really didn't want him to see me having a panic attack in the classroom.

"Ok i need you to take deep breaths." Ben said quietly, I began to take deep breaths and suddenly the room lit up again and I saw Ben's soft brown eyes staring at me.

"Can you see me?" Ben asked me, I really hoped I didn't look dumb to him 

"Yeah I can see you now." I sighed 

"Alright well the bell just rung so wanna go to your house?" Ben questioned 

"That sounds great!" I gushed

"Is it ok if i spent the night?" Ben exclaimed

"Yeah if you want to." I told him 

"Ok cool! Lets go." He said 

And with that we headed to my house....
