Chapter 1

Izuku's Phoenix form powers: Life and Death

-Midoriya house-

"Izuku darling could you go get something from the shops for me honey" a motherly voice called as a small boy with blackish green hair walked in "Sure mum what do you need?" The small child asked as his mother handed him a piece of paper "Make sure to not talk to strangers Izuku" The boy's mother said as the boy smiled "I know mum, I'm already 15 I think I would know by now" Izuku said with a small smile as he left his mum behind with a small smile etched on her face "How did I become so lucky to have a son like him" The women said with a small smile before walking back into the kitchen to dry the rest of the dishes.

-Overhauls office-

*Ughhh* Came a disgruntled voice from a voice that belongs to man that looked to be in his 20's, but of course it's unknown what is age really is, this man had dark brown hair and gold eyes along with a black mask covering his face and white gloves that laid on his hand. This man's name was Kai Chisaki, a Yakuza leader.

A man who's quirk was named Overhaul, which had the ability to assemble and disassemble anything as well as a human which could cause instant death. This man had a hate for quirks even though he had one, he found people with quirks filthy and that they needed a cure, that they were a disease and needed to be killed so that the world could be spared of their filthiness.

The man gave a short sigh with a pinch of eyes nose before putting the paper down and opening a drawer and grabbing a book and slowly setting on his desk... "Black Phoenix" He mumbled slowly as he opened the book cover to the first page as he skimmed through the words.

Overhaul read the last page as he stopped at a few words that were hidden in the corner of the page. -This creature has no quirk, the abilities are all from the form- Overhauls breath hitched as he closed the book slowly, his master had given him this book. He should ask him about this black phoenix he thought slowly as the door opened to show another man walk in.

"Boss... Ready to go?" The man asked as Overhaul gave a quick sigh before getting up and walking out of his office and out of the building to be standing in front of a black car with his men already waiting for him "Where are we going?" Overhaul asked getting into the car "Well the LOV want to try (keyword: try) for an alliance" The man said as Overhaul bursted out laughing before coming to a sudden stop "Pathetic" He replied as he looked out the window, "This world is filled with filthy creatures, it's so hard to find pure one's now a day" Overhaul mumbled as he stared out the window.

"Pure one's" He mumbled slowly as he recalled what was hidden in the page of that book -This creature has no quirk, the abilities are all from the form- Overhaul gave a small grin before sitting back up straight as he began to think about this creature. Was this creature still alive, if it was... he wanted it to himself, he wants this creature for himself so that he could protect it from all this filthiness that roamed this world. If it was alive and living in this world those filthy creatures would be tainting such a pure creature Overhaul thought to himself as his smirk grew wider. That's right, I'll find this creature and make it all mine...
