This went against everything that Splinter and Leo had ever said, as a teacher and a leader, but Donnie knew that Raph was right. Donnie knew that the need of the people was greater then the need to help his brother at the moment, no matter how much that hurt him. As he speed closer and closer to the radioactive threat he focused his mind on the task at hand instead of letting worry cloud him.

No sooner then when he had started to clear his mind, the turtle in purple had arrived at the base of the current problem. What he saw, it was an understatement to say that this would be easy like it normally was. The light source of the large underground cavern was a large tankard of mutagen, probably the radioactive substance that Donnie was picking up but disguised by something to throw the tracker off, and there were multiply control panels in the room to keep the mutagen stable.

The sight made Donnie freeze with fear and anger until he was pulled forward without thinking about his actions to take out the first of two tankards. He mostly traveled by the shadows, taking out a droid or bot before moving on to get as close to a control panel.

Meanwhile while Donnie was busy with the science part of the mission, Raph was having a blast doing his part. He was taking out bots left and right, diving into the shadows whenever he needed to take a slight break. There was a sick grin on his face while he did so, but it wasn't one of evil intentions. It was more like he was enjoying the task at hand to much.  Everything was going great, until it wasn't.

Thinking he had the upper hand the whole time, the turtle in red had let his guard down just slightly and allowed for him to be knocked down by one of the Kranng Biotroids. Raph never saw the beefy, ape like hand swing toward his shell and send him to the other side of the cavern, pain erupting throughout his body.

"Aggh!" Raph let out a scream of pain before limping into the shadows with urgency to recover some before jumping into the fight again to distract them from his brother.

"Where are you, Leo?" He whispered to himself, slightly distracted, which caused him to be found which resulted in another few hits from a Foot bot. Raph tried his best to dodge the multiply bots coming at him from different angles, but they started to get to be to much for him. His vision kept going in and out, it felt like his battered and bruised body was on fire, and he could barely stand on his feet anymore.

Before long, Raph was on his knees waiting for the final blow to come. He could feel the wind from the punch coming, but it never connected with his face. Confused, he tried to open his electric green eyes to look around to find the cause of it, but was only able to conclude that he was being carried.

"Sl...Slash?" He questioned groggily, seeing his former pet carrying him of to another location. But his will power to stay and fight started to kick in again, causing him to struggle and try to break free. "Stop, I need to stay and help..."

"Not anymore Raphael." Spike informed before setting him back down on the ground in a safe location. "You did good, I'll be back for you in just a little bit."

There was barely a response from the smaller turtle before Slash sprinted back towards the battle to help his comrades stop the threat. There was still fight left in Raph, but unfortunately his body wouldn't allow it and forced him to rest. His eyes slowly slid to a close while just a little ways down his brothers were fighting his battle and trying to stop whatever radioactive substance was threatening the city.
