TMNT Headcannon Oneshots

Part 2 ~ Sleepover (pt. 1)

Headcannon: After a hard mission, the four brothers will gather on the couch and watch kid cartoons until they all fall asleep in a huge clump.

This didn't happen often, but when it did, you knew that something bad had happened on a mission. Something bad enough to effect all the turtles. Let's take a look back, shall we?

~~~~~Flashback~~~~~

"Guys, we've got a mission. Letherhead just called saying that he and the Mutanimals spotted some Kranng and Foot working together." Leo informed his brothers who sat in the living room enjoying themselves.

"Uggghhhh!" The youngest of the four, Mikey, groaned. "Crognard is just about to start!"

Leo, as well as Raph and Donnie, shot a look at the lighter skinned turtle that made him rethink his statement. "Okay, okay! Jeez, just chillax dudes, it was a joke." Mikey stated as he stood from his spot and followed to the lab to concoct a plan.

"Leatherhead and Spike have been keeping an eye on them, and apparently the Kranng have been going in and out of the Manhattan Library." Leo explained while pointing on the map exactly where the alien robots were possibly causing trouble. "They haven't been seen carrying anything dangerous or unknown, but we still need to be cautious during the mission."

"Than what are we waiting for? A freaking invitation?!" Raph exclaimed from his side of the map, anger and itch to fight overcoming everything else.

"Patience, Raphael," Master Splinter cooed, setting a hand on his sons shoulder. "Leonardo is right, you need to be cautious on this mission. We have no idea what the Kranng are planning or why the Foot are helping them. Be careful my sons."

"Don't worry Sensei, we will be." The eldest turtle offered a warming smile before he and his brothers hurried off to the Shellraiser leaving the humanoid rat to stay still and watch his family run into danger once again.

When the turtles arrived a few blocks away from the library, Donnie and Leo were left behind to use the Shellraiser for some light surveillance while Raph and Mikey met up with Spike and Leatherhead on an abandoned building across the street from formerly mentioned building.

"Turtle allies, I am sorry to have called with such grim news," the giant mutated alligator spoke as softly as he could for a giant, monster-like alligator could. "But we thought this to be us utmost importance."

"Don't worry about it, LH, it is totally understandable." Mikey gave one of his signature smiles while barely wrapping his arms around the alligators middle in attempt of a hug.

"Thanks for letting us know, Slash, it was getting kinda boring tonight." The turtle in red smiled at his former pet while offering a fist bump.

"Anytime Raphael," Slash returned the action before turning back to the ledge of the building with a serious expression. "They haven't been bringing anything in or out, but they are moving a lot."

"Maybe they keep forgetting their library card?" Mikey suggested with childlike innocence from his place atop Leatherhead.

"Mikey, if you say one more stupid thing, I might have to deliver you to Shredder myself." The sai wielding turtle sighed, rubbing his temples before returning his sight to the public building in front of him.
