"what the fuck grayson" briley shouted, as he picked up the call

"woah! babe chill! what's going on?!" he asked

"what's going on- the fuck! you leave to visit your family and all- and you have a fucking girl with you!" she said

"we haven't spoke in weeks and this is how we start talking again?" grayson said.

it had been 2 days, and briley had just landed in south carolina, and was waiting for ethan to pick her up.

she waited outside, waiting for cams car to pull up.

she heard someone honk their horn, and she looked up from her phone to see cameron and ethan, the roof of the car and with sunglasses on.

the two got out of the car, embracing her in a hug, and helped her with her suitcase.

as the three drove too cameron's house, briley stayed quiet, while ethans music blasted.

"is grayson lying to me?" she mumbled, but ethan heard her, pausing the music.

"what do you mean?" he asked

"he said this girl, that i still don't even know the name of, is his bestfriend. see i can't seem to believe him because i've never heard anything about her, not even once, and when i see it on instagram and confront him about it, he hides it." i rambled, taking ethan a minute to reply.

"well for starters, he isn't lying- because they've been best friends since they were like kids, sometimes i think their closer then us. but the thing is, they were each others first loves. i think that's why he was keeping it from you" ethan said.

briley let out a shaky sigh.

"they still have feelings for eachother don't they?" briley asked, about to let a tear fall.

cameron pulled up to whole foods, since they had to quickly grab some food since they had people staying over, and cameron made a tik tok with ethan.
