Chapter 21

"Atleast you can sleep now." Amber said helping me up. "Sleep wasn't the issue haha. I can go without sleep." I told her. "Yeah but we know you when you don't get your sleep." Cynthia said quickly. I shook my head and laughed. "So now what?" Cyndy asked. The rest of the guys walked in and sat down on the couch. "Bums." I laughed. "Hey we were at the bar all night!" Dj whined. "I was messing with Damien all night. Which sounds more physically draining?" I asked him. "That's a hard one." Dj slurred. "Hush up, you're drunk!" Cynthia laughed at him. Michael shook his head at them and stood by Cyndy. "So what exactly did you do to the kid?" Michael asked. "Well I was freaking him out. Sneaking up on him, Pretty much just messing with his mind. I made him think I was going to change him. But I just bite his wrist and caused him a lot of pain." I explained with a smirk. "Revenge at its finest." Michael chuckled. "Again. That's my girl" Ben said hugging me. "You have some issues." Aaron said oddly. "What was your first clue?" Amber asked him. Normal would be offended, But I am well aware that I have issues.

It was around 1 a.m and Michael had suggested to go on a walk. None of us were tired so we tagged along. Well not everyone, Dj, Aaron, and Amber all passed out back on the buses. "So have you guys figured out what other special abilities you have?" Michael asked. "Agility and super hearing." Cynthia said smiling big. "Mind control, and I can read minds!" Cyndy said excitedly. "Wow, Only powerful vampires get more then one power." Michael said. "What about you?" Cynthia asked. "I can sense fear." I said shrugging. "That's an intresting ability" Ben said. "That's it?" Michael asked shocked. "Yup, I haven't expierenced anything else." I told them. "That doesn't mean you're any less powerful then Cyndy and Cynthia." Ben said. "Well no shit. I may have only power, but it's clear I proved some of my power. On a few occasions." I said laughing. Everyone nodded their head and we looked at the moon. "It's not as pretty as usual." Cynthia noticed. "It's going to storm." I said observing the sky. "How do you know?" Cyndy looked at me funny. "The temperature is dropping. the clouds are more dark then usual. The wind is slightly picking up and you can smell it in the air." I said starting to walk. They stopped and looked at me with raised eyebrows. "I love storms. I studied them all my life." I laughed. "Oh!" They said in unison and caught up with me. I shook my head and watched the leaves rattle on the trees. My began to wander and I fell deep into my thoughts.

I heard my name being repeated. I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at everyone. I was laying on the ground and I rubbed my head. "Why am I on the ground? Oww." I said looking at everyone. "You got quiet then you fell to the ground, You were knocked out for five minutes." Michael explained. "Did we come acorss Jared and Jason?" I asked worried. "No. Why?" Michael asked suspiciously. "I had a dream about it. it started storming then they came out of no where and started talking about how they are going to het us for messing with Damien." I explained getting up. Lightning flashed and a rumble of thunder started in the distance. Michael looked at the sky and back at me. "I hear something in the woods over there." Cynthia said looking at the woods. "Visions. You get visions now. There's your second power." Michael said putting us behind him. "Yay." I said sarcastically. Ben put his arms around me to keep me still. "Did you see all this bum?" Cyndy asked looking over Michael's shoulder. "This is exactly how it happend." I said to them. "It's them." Cynthia said listening to their voices in the distance. Michael kept Cynthia behind him, If anything happend to her Dj would be devestated. 

Jared and Jason walked out of the woods and stood infront of us across the field. "What do you want?" Ben asked stepping up and let go of me. "Since you fucked with Damien. We came to warn you." Jason said. "So what if your leader got mind fucked. He needs to take what he dishes." Michael said. "Now. She is going to pay." Jared said pointing to me. Everyone stepped infront of me to stop me from doing anything. "Stay away from her." Cynthia said getting irratated. I laughed deviously and smirked to myself. I walked out from behind everyone. Ben grabbed my wrist and I flung his arm down. "Brandy. Stop." Cyndy said to me. I looked up at Jared and Jason. "What's your big plan then? Does Damien know your here?" I asked watching them intently. "We came to take matters in our own hands." Jason said pulling out a knife. Jared started inching towards us with his. All the sudden they were frozen in place. Ben and Michael smirked at each other. "you can paralyze people?" Cyndy asked amazed. Michael nodded and laughed. Ben took the knives from Jared and Jason. They were yelling random stuff at us and Michael un-paralyzed them. "Run away before you get into bigger trouble." Michael said calmly. They ran off and Ben laughed. "We are dealing with a bunch of wuss's." He said.  

We got half way back and we stopped at a Starbucks for some coffee and doughnuts. "Oh my god yes. Yum." I said drinking my Frappe and eating my doughnut. Cyndy drank her coffee like she was dying of thirst. Cynthia sipped on her coffee slowly and enjoyed it. Michael was too busy taking pictures of it and posting them to Twitter. Ben and I shared a frappe and we sat outside while it stormed. We bonded in the most weirdest of ways. I thought to myself about when we all died. I sure hope whatever the afterlife is like, This could still happen. Us together, having a good time in the simplest of ways. "It will be Brandy." Cyndy smiled at me. "I really hope so!" I said smiling. "Huh?" Michael said confused. "She was thinking about the afterlife. She wants it to be like this, with all of us together having fun." She explained. "Don't worry babe, I'm sure it will be." Ben kissed my forehead. "It better be or someone is getting their ass beat." Cynthia said. I rolled my eyes and laughed. Music literally brought all of us together.  

"Just know the days are begining to count down." Michael said seriously. "We've noticed. We need a plan like now." Cynthia said. "I have one but i'm not sure all the details yet." Michael said sighing. "As much as I want to say let's work them out. Shouldn't we stop focusing on it right now?" I said getting mad. "We have to eventually." Ben said to me. "I know eventually. But we just got done dealing with them not too long ago. I'm tired of always worrying about this. Yes it;s a big problem. But holy fuck it doesn't have be the main topic every fucking day." I said stopping and covering my face. "Settle down, it;s okay." Cyndy said putting her hand on my shoulder. "It's not okay. I just got a full fucking family. And I may end up losing it. Can I atleast enjoy it while I fucking can." I said snapping. Michael and Cynthia remained quiet. I shook my head and walked off. Cyndy began to come after me. "Cyndy, Don't. She will come back to the bus later. Let her blow off steam." Ben said looking at me and walking away himself. "Where is he going?" Cynthia asked. "Not back to the bus that's for sure." Cyndy said. "Come on let's head back." Michael said walking. "Why didn't you say anything?" Cyndy asked. "There's nothing to say. Just let's not discuss it around her. We will fill her in later." Michael said and headed back. Cynthia and Cyndy followed.

I didn't know where i was going. It was storming out and i was heated. Anywhere by myself sounded fantastic. I needed to clear my mind and blow some steam i was holding in. I found this stone table in the middle of a park and I sat down on it. I looked at the clouds and tears streamed down my face. I hated crying but it's all I could do at the moment. I closed my eyes and just let the emotion out.
