Over an hour has gone by with no criminal activity reported over the police scanner. Ned was kind of just messing with Lego Star Wars figures as he waited for something to happen. Occasionally, Peter would start up a conversation to keep them busy or to just pass the time, but they were determined to get something done. Even if it meant staying up until Ned's parents came in telling him to stop scrolling in front of a bright screen in the darkness of his bedroom.
**ATTENTION ALL UNITS IN THE CORONA/ELMHURST AREA: WE JUST HAD A NOISE COMPLAINT AROUND THE BLOCK OF 90TH AND CONWAY. PLEASE INVESTIGATE AND REPORT**
Ned perked his head up at the sound of something finally sounding suspicious. He readjusted the headset and mic he had on and sat back upright to find the location on a map.
"Peter, we just got a noise complaint" his voice carried over the coms, "I'm sending you the address."
"Great, I'll check it out" Peter confirmed and started swinging.

The swing over didn't take too long, only about 10 minutes for Peter to arrive at the scene. He perched himself on a light pole overlooking the intersection of the streets the police had reported. Peter looked up the streets and noticed a lone police cruiser parked on one of the darker streets. Peter swung over to where he was parked, and soon understood why there was a noise complaint.
"Hey Ned, there's a party going on at one of the houses" Peter reported calmly to his friend.
"Oh, well that makes sense" Ned replied, "people can be obnoxiously loud ."
"Yeah, I'm gonna take a quick look to make sure everything's good." He spun a web across the street to attach to the roof and pulled himself over. He landed on the roof, viewing over the backyard. He saw that a majority of the guests were teenagers, all bouncing in place as the DJ played a song. Some were happily playing or getting all touchy in the pool that took up most of the yard. The colorful spotlights swayed along with the music, their light reflecting off the waves in the pool and casting a shimmering display over the rambunctious teens. The DJ gave a "woot woot", which caught Peter's attention, as it belonged to a certain brown-skinned boy with long black hair whom was fashioned in a sportscoat.
Peter snorted in disbelief, as he put the pieces together and figured out who's party it was. "Dude, this is Flash's house" he said to Ned, and even he had to snort at that fact. "Oh, that's pretty typical of him. He's always trying to get attention."
"He's acting like a complete idiot down there" Peter added, as Flash stumbled around his equipment and tried to make a move on some pretty girls. Only ending up tripping over himself. "He's so drunk. I almost want to go down there just to prevent him from embarrassing himself."
"I would totally do that, but I don't think you should?" Ned replied. "He's got the biggest fan-crush on you now, and if you make an appearance, he'll be bragging constantly about how Spider-Man came to his party."
"Yeah..." Peter groaned, using his arms and legs to shift himself across the roof, "I guess you'r- right." Peter's attention was stolen away from Flash for a split second, as he looked upon a sight that really peaked his interest.
In the corner of the yard, was a large tent that was covered on all sides. One would assume it was normal, but Peter took notice when two individuals walked out with a screen of mist leaking from the tent as they exited. One of the individuals had a pink long sleeve shirt and white jeans on. Her blonde hair was straight with a simple black headband to keep it from covering her dazzling eyes and bright smile. Peter knew this was undoubtedly their school's number one news reporter, Betty Brant.
