☽Part 3

Sofia: "Alright, since everyone is here. What do we want to do?"

Alejandro: "I'm in the mood for ice cream."

Mattia: "Bet. Let's go get ice cream!"

Sofia: "Aria what do you want to do?"

Me: "Getting ice cream sounds like fun."

We all walked outside and hopped into Sofia's car. I sat in the back next to Zoe and Alvaro. Mattia, Elizabeth, and Alejandro sat in the middle row and Kylie, and Kairi sat in the front next to Sofia.

Alvaro: "So I heard that you're new here."

Me: "Yep, I just moved in a few days ago actually."

Alvaro: "aaaa so where you from?"

Me: "California"

Alvaro: "California? That's pretty cool!"

Me: "I guess so yeah."

Zoe: "So what brings you all the way out here?"

Me: "Well my parents got divorced and my dad got a job out here. So I decided to move in with my dad since life back home wasn't the best for me."

Alvaro: "Aww that sucks! Well, New Jersey ain't bad. It's chill out here."

Zoe: "yeah everyone lives close. and everyone gets along. I bet you're going to love it here."

Me: "I hope so haha. I'm not a very social person so..."

Alvaro: "You'll do just fine trust me!"

Mattia: "Yo I thought we were going to the ice cream shop or something, what the hell are we doing at the grocery store?!!"

Sofia: "Kairi suggested that we made ice cream sundaes instead. That's why we're here so we can buy different flavors and stuff for the sundaes."

Alejandro: "Good idea Kai!"

Zoe: "What's your favorite flavor Aria?"

Me: "I like chocolate or coffee. Along with cotton candy."

Zoe: "I like cotton candy"

We hopped out of the car and walked inside the boys split up and so it was just me, Kylie, Zoe, Elizabeth, and Sofia. We walked towards the ice cream and grabbed a bunch of different flavors. We plopped them into the cart and started walking towards the candy. We saw the boy grabbing hand fulls of candy.

Sofia: "Chill with the candy!"

Alejandro and Mattia helped pick out some candy while Alvaro and Kairi walked with me to get whipped cream, bananas, cherries and the chocolate syrup.

Alvaro: "I'm going to run to the bathroom real fast!"

Kairi: "You just went pee!"

Alvaro: "So what I have to pee again!"

Kairi just laughed and grabbed a bag full of cherries. There was an awkward silence between you too. He started walking towards you as you were picking out the bananas.

Kairi: "Aria, right?"

Me: "umm yeah haha"

Kairi: "That's a really pretty name... Aria"

He looked off to the side and then looked back and smiled at you.

Kairi: "So you're from Cali?"

Me: "Evesdropping into my conversations I see hahaha"

Kairi: "sorry haha, Kylie and Sofia were talking about some weird stuff, so I zoned out and kinda listened to your conversation with Alvaro and Zoe."
