I shook my head and stared at the bandage securing my wrist. I have a minor concussion, but it's my arm that they are worried, I suffered blood loss from the cuts.
All I want to do I get out of this hell hole.
"Well are you emancipated? An orphan? A foster?" He stared at me, yearning for a response.
"An... Orphan, both my parents died in a car crash when I wAs young." I lied through my teeth. "I live with my grandparents but they are on vacation in Puerto Rico." he nodded, understanding my white lie.
He signed a few more forms and lead me through the door.
"I'm going to let you go home, okay? Who bright you?" I nudged my head toward shawn asleep in the cushioned seat. Dr. Mcandrews left me with my release forms.
I stared at the brown haired, brown eyes boy. Hitler would have hated him.

I woke up to something slimy spread across my face.
"AMARA WHAT THE" her face told me to shut my mouth before I did anything else stupid.
"Get up, it's time to go home." she said sheepishly and handed me a tissue to wipe the hand sanatizer off my face.
We hopped in my cherry red jeep and drive home in a thick silence.
"Amara I'm so sorry, I'm an idiot and I deserve to have a slit wrist, not you. please forgive me."
She opened her mouth to reply, but her jaw was suspended in mid air at the sight of some man I had never seen standing at my front porch.
He stared at Amara "so you thought you could get away that easily?"
