"My heart can't take this damage,
. . . And the way I feel, can't stand it"
"It's all your fucking fault! You killed her. Now I have no-one. And it's all your fault," He roared at me, anger burning through his eyes as he twisted it in my guts even more.
I could only cry out, not able to handle the pain any more. He grinned, a glist of evil swirling his dark eyes.
I tip-toed silently, descending down the dirty, wooden stairs.
He grabbed my exposed thighs, squeezing it to the point that his nails dugged in so deeply that blood slowly arose from my cold skin and onto the tip of his nails.
I lazily threw my backpack over my shoulder, my eye-bags being dark as usual from all the events that had occurred the past few years.
Only a few more months, Dash.
I shakily sighed, my eyes glancing around every now and again for any signs of him.
He retracted the blade, blood gushing out as my pupils starting rolling up. I felt something metallic oozing out of my mouth. His dirty fingers started striding down my blood-covered body, onto my breasts, over my cut area and down to my womanhood.
"You know... " He began, his fingers slightly above my red-laced underwear. "Now that she's gone... "
"... I could really use a new toy to play with."
I stepped on the floor, silently praying that I wouldn't make any noise as I walked towards the wooden door. My Nike branded shoes grazing on the floor from every weary step I take.
I tugged the hem of my blue jacket in anxiety, my magenta orbs looking straight at the front door.
You got this. No need to worry. The door's literally right there. Just 1 meter away.
Another step.
50 centimetres away
Another step.
My hand reached out towards the doorknob, taking another step in the process.
25 centimetres, the doorknob turning
Another ste-
Creak.
I halted immediately, slowly turning my head towards the stairs as my breathing became rapid.
Silence.
I let out a huge dry breath, portrating a small grin as I step out of the house and onto the porch, closing the door behind me, and soaking in the blazing sun, lush bright forest green tress and the light blue energetic sky to top off the scenery.
I live in this quiet neighbourhood where practically all the houses are mansions.
Wow blunt much?
The 'Hill-sideVilla' is where you find all the expensive modern houses. Where all the rich kids live. I just so happens to live there, and I'm not happy one bit.
Some houses still have their owners living there, like Flash, Laney and their brothers, while I live in a rented one. And let me tell you, the rent here is expensive as fuck.
"Yo, Dash!"
I snapped my gaze towards the culprit of the voice, but immediately walked towards them on the ivory footpath when I realised who they were. Flash let out a goofy grin, his cornflower eyes sparkling while Thunderlane just smirked at me.
