Chapter 23, Season One Finale (2 of 3): Name: Amira, Ability: Leech, Level: 2.9

Collin and I were looking at some beautiful pots made handcrafted, they were quite something. Some of the pots had beautiful roses in them.

"Do you see anything you like miss?" Said the woman selling the pots, she was an older lady and she had a smile on her face. A very friendly smile.

"Oh, just looking." I said.

"Of course dear. If you see anything you like let me know."

"Hey babe, we should probably start heading back. Let's find Alaska and Charles and get going." Said Collin.

"Oh, yeah sure..." Wish we could have stayed longer, I was thinking about buying something.

"Come on let's go find the others."

We leave the outside stall and leave to go find Alaska and Charles. While on the search Collin ended up getting a phone call, he reaches into his pocket and looks at who was calling. It was Carter. Collin then answers the phone.

"Hello-"

"COLLIN!" Said Carter, he was loud enough to where I could hear him.

"Whoa, Carter chill almost made my ear go deaf. What is it?"

"COLLIN GET EVERYONE BACK HERE NOW! WE NEED AMIRA, WE NEED HER NOW!"

"What? Why?"

"EMMA IS HURT BADLY AND WE NEED YOU, CHARLES, AND ALASKA HERE NOW WE HAVE AN UNINVITED GUEST AND GABRIEL IS FIGHTING HIM OFF!"

"WHAT?!" Said Collin.

"PLEASE GET HERE SOON!" Carter then hung up the phone.

Collin put his phone back in his pocket and looked at me. "Come on, we got to get back now!" Collin took my hand and we began to run back to the house.

"But Collin what about Charles and Alaska?!" I said. "Carter said they need them as well."

"No! I can take care of it myself!" Said Collin.

What?! But if Carter says they need all the strongest fighters we got, then how is Collin going to fair against whoever this person is? I'm going to have to trust Collins's judgment and hope we can defeat this... Monster. I listen to him and follow him back to the house.

8 minutes later

We are about a minute out from the house, but I could already hear someone yelling.

"HAAAAAAAAA!!! BASTARD I'LL KILL YOU!!!" I did not recognize this voice. A voice then followed up that I did recognize, it was Gabriel. "HA, THAT'S A LAUGH! YOU CAN TRY ALL YOU LIKE! BUT IN THE END, YOU WILL KNOW DESPAIR!"

Collin and I arrive at the front door. Collin opens it and everyone was inside except for Alaska and Charles. They were the only ones not here.

"AMIRA!" Said Carter. "Quick Emma needs your help!" Carter shows me where Emma is, and I quickly head over to her. The wounds were bad, so many broken bones, she was also bleeding too much blood. I use my leech ability on myself and transfer the energy and healing towards her. It was enough to somewhat stop the bleeding and fix some of the broken bones, but she was still injured badly. I couldn't stop all the bleeding, and she still had some fractured ribs. If I healed her once more it would heal her completely, but if I do that I'll be drained and won't be able to heal anyone else if they get injured. I have to let her sit through this pain until this is resolved without anyone else getting injured, but if someone gets injured badly, I will have to step in.
