3rd person's POV

Tsuna, after having breakfast with Kyoya decided to go home and get his pills and go back to Kyoya's place again and maybe they could start another set of training.

That was the plan of Tsuna. Until when he was standing in front of the door towards their house his intuition had ring. It was telling him its a bad Idea to go inside, But he ignore it and maybe he could just sneak towards his room and get his pills.

But then as soon as he went to his room (He was relief at first when he open the door and go up stairs without anyone noticing him) there Nana was standing in front of his door. Tsuna gulp when he saw his mother face wasn't that sweet and kind but the fact that she is angry.

You useless child!" SLAP!

Nana said as he slap Tsuna again, What did Tsuna do this time? Well, apparently Tsuna was the reason why Yoshi came home yesterday while crying and has a broken arm. Yoshi could die with it.

As a punishment Nana slap,kick a little, pinch his skin(with Her long nails) and end up Tsuna locking him in his room for the rest of the day, Tsuna sigh and hold his red cheek (because of the impact of the slap.)And saw some cuts on his arm and bruises.He'll just treat all of this when he got to Kyoya and Hoping he could calm the Carnivore friend of his not to bite Yoshi to death or even his mother.

Nana was an idiot, thats for sure, she left Tsuna with an window who he could open and escape which Tsuna did and went to Kyoya's place. Ofcourse not forgetting his pills. But as he was walking in the street, His head start to spin again, his vision are blurry, and he felt weak. He also felt like his chest was tightening and his lack of Oxygen.

He stop walking and slid his back on the wall and try to calm hisself down.

"Pls let me make to Kyoya before I pass out." Tsuna thoughts. He doesn't want to pass out in the road, he knows he will collapse after all.

Tsuna was so focus on the pain his experiencing he didn't notice a hand hold his. He look who it is and saw it was Kyoya.

"Tsunayoshi." Kyoya said with concern.

"Bring... Me... Shamal..." Tsuna said panting and end up passing out on Kyoya. Tsuna was glad that Kyoya was there or else... Who knows what could happened to him in that road.

Kyoya understood what Tsuna say, so he end up bringing Tsuna to the Hospital and requested the so called Doctor. First the doctor said that he doesn't treat mens. But when he saw Tsuna and Kyoya glare at him until it will reach your soul he immediately took action.

Now in a private Room, Tsuna was laying on the bed with an Oxygen mask and an IV fluids in his arm.

"He collapse again, and his body seems to be going back as it was before.And I'm not gonna ask where his Bruises and cuts came from." Shamal said as he was looking at Kyoya who's looking blankly at Tsuna laying on bed.

"Hn, Before?" Kyoya said.

Shamal gave Tsuna's medical record to Kyoya.

"Read it, It seems your a good friend of the kid and I don't like talking and explaining it." Shamal said

Now in that moment, Kyoya found out that the Omnivore has a weak body. In and out of the hospital, plus the regular Check up of Tsuna to Shamal about his cuts and Bruises and Kyoya knows where Tsuna got them is from the bullies or either way from his own brother.

Shamal Told Kyoya that Tsuna's mother doesn't care for Tsuna at all. Like now, he informed Nana is in the hospital and Nana's reply is as usual.

Tsu-kun is in the hospital? Well his always in the hospital, Tsu-kun has a weak body after all. Pls take care of him, I'm afraid I can't go there because I can't leave my Yoshi alone. I can't also bring him there because his afraid of the hospital. Just notify me the bill and I'll pay it.

.Kyoya heard that Loud and clear and somehow Shamal Shiver from the Killer intent that Kyoya just release. You could pass out if your an ordinary Person.

"His K.I is like that Fucking Hitman." Shamal thought.
"Though I think that Hitman has no mercy and Soul, so his more scary." Shamal thought.

Shamal Try to calm down Kyoya saying, Tsuna won't like the Idea of Kyoya being like this and Kyoya comply and calm down. He end up staying the night with his friend who was 24 Hours asleep in bed.

When Tsuna woke up, he felt numb and weak again. He sigh, and knows that this isn't new to him. He then remove his mask and sat up and look around and saw a familiar room.

"Hospital Again I see." Tsuna said and look down.

"Omnivore."

Tsuna look at Kyoya who was sitting on the edge of the bed looking at him.

"Kyoya-san"Tsuna said and smile.

" Hn. Feeling well?" Kyoya ask.

"Yeah, Just felt weak and lazy. I want to sleep again, but I think that's not a good idea." Tsuna said.

"It isn't." The door open and Shamal walk in.

"Shamal-san." Tsuna called.

"If you sleep again I'm afraid that you will longer than 8 hours again. " Shamal said.

"How long as I was asleep?" Tsuna ask.

"2 days and a half. " Shamal said.

"okay." Tsuna said.

"Thats normal fot you?" Kyoya ask, since How Tsuna reacted from what shamal said, doesn't really surprised Tsuna instead he act nothing, like it was a normal thing.

"Ah yes , Usually I sleep 2-3 days or longer whenever I collapse. I'm surprise it didn't went longer considering I have major physical injuries.'' Tsuna said.

" And Any of those aren't OK. You need to stop sleeping too much." Shamal said.

" I wish I could, But I get tired mostly without a reason." Tsuna explains.

"Yeah, I'd check you earlier seems your lacking of Nutrients. Are you eating properly?" Shamal ask.

Tsuna was about to say something when Shamal said "Don't give me another damn excuses." Shamal said.

Tsuna seems to be threaten so he end up telling the truth . He only eat Breakfast and Mostly skip lunch and Dinner because its either forgotten and for Lunch its often Stolen. Tsuna also explains that his experiencing mirgraine now a days.

Shamal sigh before he scolded Tsuna to change Tsuna's life style. Although Shamal can't really do anything about the Oblivious Mother that Tsuna had. But he advise Tsuna that he should at least eat something in time of then matter and don't forget to drink the pills his given him. Shamal doesn't want to see him again in the hospital since his a Men after all which he hates to treat.

Tsuna teased him again being a womanizer. And Shamal Just Scolded Tsuna more

Tsuna stayed One month at the hospital with Shamal taking Care of him, and it seems Tsuna's condition improve this time.

Within those months, Kyoya was the one who secured that Tsuna is eating well and make sure to not forget about his pills.

After a Month, Tsuna was back to his old life. But Kyoya was there to make sure he eat Lunch and dinner after that Tsuna would go home. Tsuna do walk with Kyoya on patrols and the same thing happened.

The enemies would always end up Attacking Tsuna first, who brings them down and Kyoya make sure that those thugs are staying down.

Kyoya now understand why Tsuna always got tired easily, because of his condition. But Tsuna is not that weak, For the first time on their training, Tsuna manage to hit Kyoya on the head. Upon realizing that Tsuna stop the fight and say sorry multiple times to Kyoya.

But Kyoya said that his glad that Tsuna manage to attack him and didn't just do defense.

And Tsuna was happy with that.
