Wednesday, Thursday and Friday went by in a flash, nothing memorable happening. I went into the Station and gave a statement, but no one has seen Malcolm or Paige since the incident. Peter couldn't get a warrant to search his home, no matter what he tried there wasn't enough evidence to support our claims. Though, it had seemed a bit suspicious that Malcolm hadn't been seen.
My Mom has been going berserk, desperately doing all that she could to find Paige, though unfortunately there wasn't much that she could do. She's contacted all of her friends in law enforcement, everyone that she knows that might be able to help us find Paige.
Paige herself wasn't answering her phone. For the first day and a half, all of the calls went straight to voicemail, then after that it said that the number had been disconnected, no longer able to contact.Which meant one of two things. One being that Malcolm has kidnapped my sister and is holding her against her will, he got annoyed with the calls and disconnected her phone.
Or, Paige ran off with him, and knowingly shut off her number to distance herself from us.Neither of those things made any sense. Peter and Mom were leaning towards the first option, not willing to believe that Paige would run off with someone and abandon everything she knew. Me, on the other hand, I thought that it might be a bit of both.
"Ty," I started, looking at Tiberius who was lounging on my bed.
He looked up at me with his beautiful silver eyes, an easy smile on his lips. "Yeah Baby?"
"Is there a Supernatural with any mind abilities?" I asked, trying to ignore the fuzzy feeling in my stomach.
Tiberius thought for a moment, leaving the room in silence for a sweet moment.
"It depends on what you mean by mind abilities." He answered.
"Like, mind control."
He shrugged, reaching his arms above his head in a cat-like stretch, his shirt lifting up past his stomach, revealing the smooth, toned skin underneath.
I looked away, feeling embarrassed for staring, but Tiberius hadn't seemed to notice."Vampires can, they have this enchantment ability. Usually they use it when they feed, to keep their victims quiet. Fairies maybe, they have potions and things like that that may allow them control over a person." He looked at me. "What are you thinking Angel?"
I almost snorted at the nickname, how ironic. "I'm tossing around the idea that Paige might not be aware of what's happening, or that she is and she just doesn't care."
"Could be." He admitted. "But that would mean that Malcolm is a supernatural, or in contact with one that's able to control people. And usually when someone has bad intentions, we Angels can feel it."
I nodded, taking in the information that I had been handed. I wasn't going to completely throw the idea out the window, it was still possible, but I might have to broaden my search.
"Angel, they're going to find you sister." Tiberius told me, comfort filling his voice.
"I know." I replied, a small bubble of confidence in my voice. "Peter is the best at what he does, and he's got a good team with him. They'll find her."
Tiberius nodded. "What else are you thinking?"
I sighed. "I don't know. Can I be really honest for a moment?" He nodded. "I feel like the world is changing. And I don't think it's changing in a good way. I feel like, well like something is happening, somewhere hidden where people can't see."
Tiberius nodded slowly, obviously thinking over what I told him.
"Have you heard anything from the other Angels? Something about an uprising?"
