"Ma'am?", a soft voice woke me up from my slumber. I'm like, 'what? Can't you see I'm sleeping?' when I faced her.

"What?", I snapped. She was a little startled by my manner but she still managed to smile. I shifted a little from my position and kicked something that was touching my feet.

"We've already landed in Los Angeles, Ma'am.", she said with a smile. Oh yes, of course, we're in LA. And she's a flight attendant. Is my mind really floating that I forgot I went on a trip to US? I'm so silly.

"Oh," I said standing from my seat, "Yeah, thanks." I picked up my jacket and bag and started walking. The flight attendant walked after me as I approach the exit. Well, looks like I was the only passenger left.

I was about to take the exit when I turned to her, my cheeks turning red. "Uhm, sorry for my manner a while ago.", I said, "I didn't mean to be rude. I'm not just used to being awaken by people. Sorry." And I mean what I said.

She flashed a sincere smile and said, "It's fine, Ma'am." I feel relieved.

"'Kay. I'll go now."

"Enjoy your stay in LA."

I don't know why I snapped at her like that. I'm not that kind of person who just snaps at people. I think I'm just exhausted and tired and all. Well, I'll just start touring US tomorrow. I have a whole month so I think a day of rest won't hurt.

I was in line waiting for my luggage to come out of a machine I dunno what it's called. Well, I decided traveling after I graduated college. I think this place would be the best place to relax after studying straight 16 years. I enjoyed studying since everything is fun. And I love school and, of course, my friends. I only have few friends, you know. Well, the real ones who accepts my weird acts and douchiness. Wow, is that even a word? I laughed at myself.

Friends. Yeah, i have friends. Well, I don't care if I don't have many. I love my few friends who treats me well knowing I'm not like them. I studied in a private school from Kinder 1 to Grade 4. The attitude of other rich kids there sucked that they always have an argument of which of them are the richest. I hated that. They are kids and are supposed to be playing and enjoying their childhoods. Not fighting of who's richest of them all. That's just lame. So I transferred to a public school. It was way more different from private schools but I liked it there. Students are nice and doesn't talk about money. Just normal.

I finally got my luggage and waited outside for a cab. I warned my Dad not to interfere with my US trip. I know he just cares for me. But I want to explore the world now without anyone helping me.

A cab came. The driver helped me placed my luggages on the compartment. I was walking to the side to ride, "This place is gre-

I was stopped from talking when a man hit me. I landed on the floor with him on top of me. He stood up quickly and ran while shouting, "Sorry, Miss!"

"Asshole!", I shouted back as the driver helped me stand up. People are looking at me now. I had scratches on my elbows and my head hurts like hell. I probably hit them on the floor. Stupid bastard, he didn't even help me get up.

"Are you okay, Ma'am? Should I bring you to the hospital?", the driver asked, looking at my elbow scratches.

"No, I'm fine. It's no big deal. Let's go."

I ride the taxi and we sped away. My head hurts like hell as I shift from my seat at the back of the taxi. I feel dizzy and sick now. Shit, that man sucks. I hope not to see him again or I'll go berserk.

I closed my eyes hoping it would lessen the pain in my head. Well, it does a little. I don't want to start this trip in a bad mood but some people won't let me.
