They left with the baby's clean them I look at Xander exhausted " you did baby our baby boys " Xander said crying and kissed my lips
" ugh more boys " i said groaning Xander chuckled " what do you want to name them I like Issac and Isaiah " he asked holding my hand " I think Isaac and Ian " I said he nodded " okay I love it "
Xander pov
Isabelle give birth to twin boys Isaac and Ian both of them are sleeping , Isabelle is also asleep she looked exhausted
Elijah, Ethan , Enzo come running towards me with Logan " daddy " they yelled together " shhhh mommy is sleeping do you want to see your little brothers " I asked they nodded
Three of my son looked at there brothers in aww I look up and saw Logan is staring I walk towards him and hugged him " congratulations brother your a uncle now not three but five this time " I said Logan laughed " thank I love all of them " Logan said smiling

" go to mommy " I said and all of them run towards her hugging tightly " ohhh my babies " bella said and kissed there heads
Bella changed in last 5 years like smiles more and laugh she's cheerful now with us but still little cold bella towards the pack
They are all laughing with Logan and bella , I walk towards them and sat next to bella .
The doctor come in to check on twins " take a picture of us doc " I said smiling he nodded
We all sat next to each other " say cheese " I said laughing and kissed bella " I love you Bella so much never forget that " I said then kissed her once again " I love to Xander so much " bella said and rested her head on my chest
