The Future
The path paved before me
Is unseen by other eyes
I'm only looking forwards now
I'm leaving all behindMemories earned and memories burned
Who am I to preach?
I live one day and die the next
I pray my soul to keepThe road I'm on seems ever long
But I feel it's coming to an end
The steps I take give light to wake
My future can beginMy mission is to stuff my heart
With all the love I can
To circle back around the world
Just like my ceiling fanTo give to all who took from me
What couldn't be replaced
To show to all who sheltered me
I can never be erasedThe path that runs before me
I will walk for all my life
I'm only looking forwards now
I'm saying my good-byes-MRC
