I sat down at the Hufflepuff table for the welcome feast and sorting of the new first years.
I tapped on Gracie's shoulder. She turned to me.
"Can I talk to you later?" I whispered.
She gave me a thumbs up and carried on teasing Katie.
3...2...1 I counted in my head.
Katie punched Gracie in the stomach.
"I told you to shut up ,woman!"
"Sorry, ow ,sorry."
I wonder how she got into Hufflepuff.
Professor Mcgonigal has just bought it the first years and Professor Dumbledore gave his welcoming speech.
The first years got in a huddle to get sorted. I saw a few familiar faces. Hyun of course,oh look it's Harry! Oh it's Fred and George's brother! Ugh the bully. Oh Malfoy too!
Harry looked over and waved. I smiled and waved back.
People nervously walked up to the wooden stool and got sorted.
Ravenclaw.
Slytherin
Slytherin
Gryffindor.
"Lee, Hyun." She walked up but the little bitch ,Parkinson was it? Tripped her.
Ooh she gonna get it.
Katie was ready to fight her haha.
Hyun stood up and sat on the stall. I think she's shaking.
"Better be HUFFLEPUFF!"
Our table cheered in delight and welcomed her with open arms.
She sat down beside Gracie and we watched the others get sorted.
She assured us she was fine and to let it go.
"Potter, Harry."
After a lifetime of thinking, the sorting hat yelled "GRYFFINDOR"
"Malfoy , Draco"
The hat barely touched his head and yelled. "SLYTHERIN."
"Weasley,Ronald"
"Ah another one, I know exactly where to put you! GRYFFINDOR!" The hat bellowed.
Hufflepuff.
Ravenclaw.
"Parkinson, Pansy."
"Ah a young lady. Quite bra- Put you in Slytherin you say? Are you sure? Alright then SLYTHERIN!"
Wow she had to beg? Pathetic.
The rest of the sorting ran smoothly and Hufflepuff gained 9 new members.
The rest of the feast was a blur and we soon went to our dorms.
My suitcases were on the bed next to the bathroom, so I (Y/N) packed my things into my wardrobe and desk.
Gracie motioned for me to tell her now so we went to the common room couch in the corner and sat down.
"So what's up?"
"Hey...about your brother."
"What about him? Don't tell me you suddenly love him now." She joked.
