After a long week of mini tests to prepare for our owls, we got our results back.

We sat in the last class of the day, Transfiguration.

Professor Mcgonigle gave out the lasts of the papers and everyone burst into whispers, exchanging scores.

"Attention everyone!" Professor Mcgonigle said. "Can I just say that there's a reward in place for the end of this week! Next week there is no school!" Everyone cheered and screamed. "Also a special congratulations to Katie for getting full marks on the practical test and (Y/N) for the written." Everyone clapped for us and we looked very embarrassed.

Everyone went and minded their own business after that.

"Hey (Y/N), I have an idea." Katie suddenly said.

"Proceed..." I said cautiously.

"How bout we hold a midnight party? Just for the fifth years for the Mock tests being over?"

"Yes! Next week? When there's no school?"

"Duh."

"Okay Miss sarcasm!"

Katie just jokingly flipped her hair.

"I'll write the invites!" Katie squealed. We told Gracie about our plan and she agreed.

Class was finally over!

We went into our dorms and sat on Katie's bed.

"Okay I'm writing invites, (Y/N) decides who we're inviting and Gracie you're on where it's happening! Okay go!" Katie commanded.

"Aye aye captain!"

We all split up and eventually I gave Katie my list of names.

She started scribbling on a purple piece of paper and all the other papers started scribbling with her.

After that, Gracie came bursting in and told us about the room of requirement and how it's already decorated.

"Okay now, (Y/N) you are on food, Gracie drinks. I'm sending the invites."

She had two piles of invites. One pile royal blue and the other white. She wrote in white for the blue and blue for the white.

She called my owl and sent the white pile for the other, she used Gracie's.

We even invited Hailey! Just cause we felt bad.

Soon enough the replies were bursting through the window. Everyone said yes and so me and Gracie started to find places where we could get loads of food and drink. The Hogwarts kitchens of course.

~one week later~

We came early to set up and the house elves bought in all the food and drink. We payed them of course.

Gracie found a place where she got alcohol. We are teenagers after all.

We all wore matching dresses. All short body-cons but different colours. Mine being a plain black. Katie a fiery red. Gracie came in a neon green dress.
