waffles?

i wake up to feel Mar's arms around me. i reach for my phone and check the time *10:10* i start to slowly get up but Mar tugs on my arm "lie back down" he groans in his morning voice, not like i could resist. he asks me what time i gotta be home and said he would drop me off instead of me having to walk. after about an hour later we get up and make our way downstairs to have breakfast. i say hello to his mum and she starts asking me bout my mum, she's so sweet. bless her. when i finished talking to her i go into the kitchen and help Mar make breakfast. we finished eating and went back upstairs to get dressed, as he meeting Samy. i stayed in the shirt he gave me last night with my shoes and put my dress in my bag and we headed out.

*at Aurelia's house*
i walk in and shout for my mum but no response, i check the rooms and she's not there. huh must have gone shopping, i think to myself and go take a shower. as i get out the shower i hear the front door open and close, i get dressed and make my way down the stairs and into the kitchen where my mum is standing with bags around her "Ayúdame" (help me) she says pointing to do bags on the floor. as i help her she asks about last night and i tell her where we went and what happened. kinda. after i was done helping her i went up stairs and started doing homework for spanish and english.

*monday morning*
i wake up and get ready for school and make my way to my mums car and she drops me off at the usual place and usual time, i make my way over to my locker and as i'm at the gate i get a text from the group chat. i tell Arya i'm by the gate and she comes up to me "Let's wait for Loren" she says and just as she finishes Loren comes up from behind us. me and Loren give her a confused look "what you want?" i say sarcastically. Arya starts explain the situation and how she feels that something is up with Kairi. me and Loren both raise our eyebrows and i start laughing. Arya starts speaking but i cut her off "it's not what you've done, it's how you're dealing with it. you really aren't used to it, are you?" i say as me and loren start laughing again. Arya still looked confused "he likes you. maybe, from what your telling me it sounds like he has developed a little crush."

"who has a crush?" Alejandro says coming up from behind us, he came out of no where i jumped. we all shut up and give him a look of confusion. the silence was going on forever and none of the girls were saying anything. idiots guess i'll save us AGAIN. "so alejandro have you done the english homework?" i say quickly and the girls sigh😔. "yeah yeah you know me always on top of the game" he says proudly.

ms granger gave us an essay to write and said we could plan it in the lesson. although i doubt anyone was actually planning it though. i was busy talking to Mar and Samy about how they want to start a tiktok account and we were talking about ideas they could do. i see Kairi hand a note to Arya. i'll ask her later what that was about. Mar starts talking to some other person and i keep the conversation going with Samy and ended up making plans to meet at his house when they film tiktok just in case i wanted to be in them or to help come up with ideas. "so saturday at your house?" i ask making sure "yeah come anytime after 12, he'll be there because he's staying the night" he says pointing to Mar and i nod my head.

*end of the day*
i go to my locker and put my book away and say bye to everyone. i walk out of school and put my earphone in. no airpods 🥺. i start to walk home and i get a text from the groupchat. ARYA IS AT WAFFLE HOUSE WITH KAIRI!!! wow that's what the note must have been about.

i feel kinda bad for asking but it's waffles and i can't resist waffles. Arya didn't reply so i'm taking that as a no. i start doing my homework and after a while i get a facetime call from the groupchat with everyone in. when i accepted the call the only people on the chat were Samy, Robert and Mattia, then after a few minutes of waiting and talking about random shit everyone was on the chat except for Arya and Kairi.
"so what this about then?" Samy says
"are we starting without kairi and Arya?" Loren asks
"yes because this is about them" Mattia replies
"ohhhh we talking about their little date?" i say realising what they were on about.
"so Kairi handed Arya a note this morning in english and it was inviting her to waffle house." Alejandro explains and everyone oohs and mumbles.
"Arya was telling us how Kairi was being weird and shit and it sounded like he likes her" loren explains to everyone and i'm guessing everyone then started putting two and two together. after the conversation about them was over we started talking about other things and then slowly everyone starts leaving. i left and carried on with my homework.

two updates because the first one was kinda shitty and i didn't really know how to write it out without it being cringy and stuff so yeah. also i haven't updated in a while so yeah.
