"E.D.I.T.H.?"

"Hello, Peter. How can I help you?"

"Hey, ummm..." Peter glanced around, attempting to focus on anything other than the glasses perched on his nose, and began murmuring, "There's this guy in my class who's..."

"Peter, I'm having difficulty hearing you. Can you please speak up?"

"Umm... Brad Davis. He has a photo of me."

"Brad Davis." E.D.I.T.H. brought up the photo in Brads phone (through the holographic glasses thingy), showing exactly what Peter was looking for, "Is he a target?"

"Is Brad a target? Uh..." Peter trailed off, "He's a target."

"Copy that. Target is Bard Davis. Initiating strike."

"Initiating what now?!" Peter's eyes widened.

"Intercept point determined. Releasing kill vehicle."

Peter had swapped seats to the front before the bus began the drive again, and had somehow seated near Flash.
In his (Peter's) state of panic, Flash had spotted Peter's new glasses, and picked them up from where they rested on the laggers nose, "Dope glasses, Parker. How'd you pay for these?"

Peter struggled to retrieve them from Flash's prying hands, "Flash, come here." He stood, leaning over to grab them, "Give me that, Flash."

"I'm really paying you a compliment—"

Somehow, Peter knocked Flash on the nose, and when his head was thrown back Flash went out like a light. Peter took the glasses and stepped back, "I'm so sorry." And put them back on, "E.D.I.T.H. don't kill Brad."

"Peter do you want me to cancel the drone strike on Brad Davis?" E.D.I.T.H. asked, but at the same time, Betty asked:

"Did you just punch Flash?"

Peter answered Betty, "No!"

But E.D.I.T.H. took the answer as theirs, and said, "Firing."

At that moment, Bronwen was staring at Peter and his panicked state. She could feel a shift in the air: something was wrong.
She stood from her seat, teleported to the back of the bus, and looked through the window.

A small drone was hovering behind the bus, it's weapons primed.
What was happening?!
Behind her, Peter was talking to three different people at once — making a mess of his conversation.

And the drone fired.

Bronwen's eyes widened, and with a flick of her hand a purple shield appeared behind the bus. The small missile hit the shield, and the shock wave forced the bus to swerve.
Students and teachers alive were shouting, mostly at Peter to get in his seat.

The drone began to prime itself to fire once more.

Peter shouted and pointed to his right (their left), "Look at the baby mountain goats!"

The class immediately turned to the windows (but Bronwen) And Peter opened the space hatch, used the web shooters hidden in his sleeve, and crushed the drone against the cliff.

"Baby mountain goats?" Bronwen asked, staring down the aisle at Peter, who had now landed and shut the hatch. His hair stuck up in all directions, and his clothes were ruffled from the sudden rush of wind.

"I don't see any baby mountain goats." Mr Harrington said.

Peter gulped, "You missed them."

Betty squinted, and spoke, "I know you think none of us have noticed, Peter ... but your new look, I love it." She turned to Ned, "Right, babe?"
