KNB Oneshots ( Kuroko no Basket )

Be by your Side - Himuro Tatsuya [Part 1] -

Normal POV

You were walking with the Yosen basketball team now. You were talking to your boyfriend, Himuro Tatsuya. But then, you felt stinging pain in your chest then suddenly you blacked out.

Himuro POV

Hmm.. That time, I was wondering where should I take (y/n) for our first date tomorrow. But, suddenly, (y/n) fainted.

I immediately caught her and tried to shake her up. I didn't get a respond so I carried her and rushed to the nearest hospital.

Normal POV

The rest of the team called your parents, precisely Himuro. He was so worried that he stuttered here and there when talking. Soon, Himuro and the others left when your parents came.

Then, the doctor began to explain your condition to your parents. You didn't know it YET.

Your POV

What's taking them so long..? I think it had been almost 15 minutes yet they have not come back.

Normal POV

Meanwhile..

" I'm sorry that we will have to tell you this. But, your daughter has a disease. We have never encountered this kind of disease. As for now, it is an incurable disease." The doctor said, " It seems like your daughter will only have 1 month at most to live. We are truly sorry."

Your mother bursted to tears hearing that. Your father narrowed his eyes and comforted your mother. They then decided to come and talk to you about your condition.

Your POV

I said, " Mom..? How was it? " But suddenly, mom bursted out to tears. I panicked and then I said while stuttering, " M-mom..? What's ha-happening..?"

Then dad said, " My daughter, you.. have an incurable disease.." I was shocked hearing this then I shouted, " PLEASE TELL ME IT WAS ALL ONLY JUST A LIE!!! IT'S ALL A LIE!!!"

Then, I covered my ears with the pillows and cried while shouting.

Normal POV

Your mom and dad were only watching you. They didn't know what to say.

You then cried yourself to sleep..

.

.

.

It has been 3 weeks since you were hospitalized. Your boyfriend kept on visiting you everyday bringing flowers for you. But, you decided that being close with your boyfriend will only hurt him more when you die.

You didn't even tell him why you were hospitalized. At first, he kept pestering you about that. But, afterwards, he stopped and said, " If you really don't want to tell me, then it's fine.. I'm sorry for forcing you all this time.."

You felt guilty about it and didn't say anything.

Just 1 more week, huh..

Today you decided to tell him something. You wanted to tell him that you wanted to break up with him. But, you decided not to tell the reason why you wanted to break up with him.

You sat on the hospital bed waiting for your boyfriend to come. You almost fell asleep when suddenly..

Himuro barged in carrying a cake written ' Happy Birthday, (y/n)'

You were shocked that you couldn't say anything.. You were so sad that you forgot your own birthday. You let your tears fell and hugged him tight.

'Tatsuya.. you being like this.. it makes me harder to break up with you..'
