The Indestructible Mates

Samantha stayed standing in front of Jessica, who was scared on the ground looking fearfully at Joshua. Joshua was taken aback when Samantha's wolf blocked the girl.

"What are you doing?" Joshua asked confused but with anger too, he looked behind Samantha's large black wolf and stared straight at Jessica. "Move, she needs to leave, no better yet I'll-"

"You won't do anything boy", Samantha's wolf growled at Joshua, her wolf's jaws tightening up.

Stop this. RIGHT NOW. Samantha ordered her wolf trying to take control we can not show any feelings towards her! He'll tell my father! THINK.

SHUT IT, Her wolf ordered back, Samantha growled a little in her mindlink with her wolf. She hated being told what to do, even from her own wolf.

She had to get control again. Her wolf is acting off of anger and hidden emotions. She can't just let her blow their cover, she hasn't yet had the time to talk to her mate, get to know her. By her wolf acting on anger she's going to make Joshua question.

You STUPID FOOL! HERE he is TRYING TO HURT OUR MATE AND YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT YOUR FATHER?! what kind of MATE are you? Her wolf yelled at her with venom.

What? Are you questioning how I feel about Jessica?

"Let Samantha in control, NOW," Joshua ordered but kept his eye on Jessica, who was now frozen looking straight back at Joshua with big eyes. She should've stayed home.

Samantha's wolf tilted its head to the side a little. "Did you just tell me what to do BOY?" , She, Charline, asked not believing it. How dare this low excuse of a man tell her what to do? His future ALPHA what to do? She growled, too loud. All the hunters that were out heard their future Alpha's growl and dashed to where she was but stopped dead in their tracks when they see the scene.

Samantha's wolf stood big and tall guarding Jessica who was now shaking due to all the wolves, Black's wolves, who were glaring at her. She smelt just like a Cold, they thought together. They then noticed Joshua, who they knew as Samantha's boyfriend, who was snarling at Samantha's wolf.

Jessica saw everyone's attention shift to her mate and Joshua she took that chance to stumble up and almost trip trying to run but was knocked down by a wolf colliding with her body. Making her body get thrown back into a tree, Jessica groaned loudly as she fell painfully to the ground.

A deep and threatening growl was heard from both Samantha and her wolf at the sound of their mate's cry. Her wolf immediately turned around and ran full speed towards the wolf who did it, clutching onto its throat. The wolf let out a whimper , it was Tasha who did it.

All the other wolves stood there confused on what to do and what was happening. Why was Samantha protecting a Cold?

Samantha's wolf flung Tasha's wolf over to the side making her collide with another wolf, both falling from the impact.

Samantha's wolf growled again once their eyes laid on their mate who was squirming due to pain. Samantha's wolf head shot back to Tasha's wolf who was now shaking standing back up.

"HOW DARE YOU?" Samantha's wolf asks as she stalks towards Tasha's wolf. Tasha's wolf whimpers but stands up for herself.

"Why are YOU protecting that..that girl? She's our worst enemy's daughter! Alpha Devon will not be happy about this!" Tasha's wolf says.
