I will never escape this curse I've been forsaken with. I should have listened to the man who warned me of the curse that plagued this house...

I'm on my 7th day and I know death awaits me in the next room. I can hear it. The low gurgling sound it makes...  I can hear it scratching the walls, dragging itself around the room in uneven footsteps. Taunting me.

For I had killed my wife in that very room... I strangled her, breaking her neck in the process. I didn't mean to... It made me do it. My wife accused me of adultery and I snapped. Something possessed me. I could never kill someone in cold blood.

This thing gathers in the place of death but it is not contained in it. It will follow you-- Getting closer to you as the days go on.

"BANG BANG." The thing was right outside the door. It's too late for me now.

"Whoosh." The door violently slammed open and the figure of the pale women stood in the door frame. She was no longer gurgling. My chest tightened and tears brimmed from my eyes. I pressed my back against the wall. My body shivered in response to the cold breeze the thing brought along with it. The hair on the back of my neck standing up.

"Please don't hurt me, I never wanted to hurt Haruka, I loved--" In the middle of my sentence the pale, long dark haired woman began to shriek. I want to run but my body would not move. My legs began to shake, the blood curdling scream petrified me.

She walked up to me in a crooked manner, stumbling, and grunting with each step. Its grunts matched with my heavy breathing. I broke out in a cold sweat , feeling sick to my stomach.

It was in front of me now, staring into the depths of my soul. Only one eye visible through its long dark black hair. Its cold clammy hand wrapped around my neck.

I screamed in between violent sobs. It was no use. The thing only tightened its grip more. I was gasping-- Squirming, crying, and pleading all at the same time.

"Crack, snap."

My lifeless body dropped to the floor and I descended into hell with it. Hell is a dark cold place where all you can hear are the distant cries of sinners banished to eternal suffering, like myself. I make the same gurgling sound as it does. I'm kept on a collar and leash. I crawl on the ground just as disjointedly as the thing walks. It pulls me by my leash wherever it goes. I thought the worse would be over when I died, however my life of suffering had only started.

I'm cursed to follow that thing wherever it goes for the rest of eternity.
