"No one mentions there is going to be festival today," Luka commented toward all the decorations.

"I can't believe I'm stuck with you. There always a festival, it always utterly amazing here." Chloe commented as they walk down the streets trying to figure out how to find the Shadow Lord of Stoneheart.

"Huh, didn't expect you like these kinds of events. I thought you'd prefer more balls and galas." Luka commented.

"That shows how little you know about me." Chloe says as they stop to see the orchestra play with few dancers, "My father brought me to them, it been a while since I heard this music and dance."

"Then dance." Luka chuckled, as he went to join the orchestra and got a violin to play a lively tune.

"Utterly ridiculous." Chloe sighed at his gesture.

Soon like instinct, she was dancing whilst a small orchestra played behind her. She stuck out like a sore thumb to him, compared to the rest of the villagers who joined her. He watches her twirled around, she then walked up to a little boy asking him to dance with her which he didn't hesitate in saying 'yes' to. Luka didn't realize that Chloe's heart was not as cold when she smiled. She and the village danced in circles and as he began to walk towards them while playing, they began to pull other people into dance.

It started as them linking arms whilst Chloe and the little boy led them in a circle but as more people joined in it turned into a slightly more ballroom dancing type were they linked arms, spun in a circle then moved onto the next person and did the same. As he played he was impressed at the number of people she got to join in.

Chloe soon ended up dancing in his direction, she waved her arm as to say 'Come join in!' to which she played away as a polite decline.

However, Luka didn't notice the band member behind him. Give a disapproving grunt and shoved him towards an oncoming dancer who grabbed his hand and pulled him into the dance, however not before he could give the violin back.

It took a while for him to learn the dance but before he knew it he was dancing like everyone else. He kept looking for Chloe and when he did find her she was far away from him. Luka chuckled in amusement as a thought occurs to him that the only person he wanted to dance with was her.

"Would you care to dance with me?" Luka asked as he finally got next Chloe.

"What?" Chloe asked, secretly loving his endearment.

"What you're afraid to dance with me?" Luks said as he looked around and gave a meaningful glance.

"Of course not," Chloe said.

Luka held his hand out for hers. She accepted his offer. Palm against palm, her hand felt small and delicate. Her skin was warm to the touch. He drew her close, placing a hand on her unbelievably small waist. For a second, she stiffened in his arms but then she relaxed. She was soft and feminine, fitting well in the niche of his embrace.

"You dance well." Luka murmured.

"So do you." Chloe replied, her voice soft as a whisper, "for a fish boy. I didn't know you can play."

"There is a lot you don't know about me, Chloe."

Chloe looked at him, trying her best to ignore the fluttering in her stomach. As much as she hated to admit it, he was certainly one of the most handsome men she had ever laid her eyes upon. She averted her eyes and took a breath before she spoke.

"We better go find a rock giant."

He did not retract his hand and simply looked down at her. "A simple thank you would suffice." He teased as the music died down.
