The footsteps weren't gentle. They were banging as whoever it was coming from was running full speed. The door to the living room flung open with force. And a familiar face was in front of me.
"Alison...." Eric said as he pulled me into a hug. I winced with the pain that shot throughout my entire body.
"Hey..." I said as I felt something damp hit my collar bone... Was he crying?... "Are you really back?" Eric said as he wiped the tears away.
I was in shock honestly. I mean I just followed a path a sign told me to, seen someone who I watched get shot, got sent tumbling down a hill at full speed, got a gun pointed straight at me, seen people I thought just didn't exist and now I am back in the house I spent that night.... I mean who wouldn't be in shock. Oh and to top it off I am in a great deal of pain.
"Eric don't cry in front of a lady", Luca said as he sat beside Leon on the arm chair. " Alison are you OK?" Eric said sitting beside me. "I am sore but apart from that I think I am mentally breaking down", I spoke in a voice that didn't sound like my own.
Eric just pulled me into another big hug. He had a huge smile on his face. "I am so happy you are back", he said slightly squeezing me.... I mean seriously does this guy not know what sore means..... But I didn't actually mind his embrace. I missed him. I missed all of them.
