A dream?

Hey guys! So sorry i haven't been able to update x....x i had no WiFi recently and only got it back today. On another note... Enjoy!

I could see nothing. I couldn't feel any part of my body. I couldn't move anything. It was as if my body was stuck in a black hole... I could hear voices though. "Her heartbeat has picked up again." It was a voice I have never heard before. "Will she wake up?" I heard another voice say.

Suddenly I felt my eyes twitch. I heard a more feminine voice say, "Her eyes!" The second voice was next to speak. "Nurse! Her eyes moved!" He sounded overjoyed. Soon I heard loads of people storming into the room.

Then I could finally open my eyes. The first thing I saw was a boy, not much older then myself, pulling me into a hug. Pain pulsing through my entire body. I felt dizzy.

I tried to open my mouth to speak but there was some type of mask on me. "She's awake!" I looked over to see a women in her mid forties crying with the biggest smile on her face while she gently stroked my hand.

"Alison. We missed having you like this so much." The boy spoke as he slightly pulled away. I just about had enough strength to attempt to sit up, of course this boy helped me.

"Where am I?" I spoke quietly as if my voice didn't want to work. "You are in a hospital." The woman in the blue uniform said as she approached me. "You were in a coma".

" Wait what?" I said in shock as I took in the newly found information. "So... None of that was real?... None?..." I spoke in a sad tone coming to the realisation my whole life was basically a lie. "I am sorry but that is true. You were in a dream set of mind whilst in the coma." The nurse said frowning slightly.

"But I just met them again and I missed them and.. And.." I started stuttering as my mind processed the information. "I am sorry but it wasn't real. Nothing was real." I was brought to tears by those words.

"I am your brother and this is your mother", the boy spoke as he signalled to himself and the middle aged woman. I looked at the boy then to the woman. This was my family... This was my life... This is my life. I felt relieved in a way to know I am safe. My heart beat started to get a little faster. My brain over flowing with this strange sensation. I am here. In my own life. My real life. I am alive.
