A/N: If I don't put another persons P.O.V like *Anna's P.O.V* at the beginning or at any point in the chapter, that means it is in Delilah's P.O.V :)

*Chapter 2*

Dear Dad, I met our neighbor yesterday. The movers dropped a box and mom went to see what the noise was, I left and saw her talking to another woman.
After that we went inside her new house. It's really nice in there, the people who flipped it did a great job! But anyway, we had some hot chocolate and talked a little, but I think I kinda made the conversation awkward by bringing up our neighbor's son. Apparently she doesn't like talking about him. I saw him though, in their car. Maybe he didn't want to get out because of the rain?
Well, that doesn't really matter.. Yesterday was pretty eventful. Mom is thinking of bringing them a welcome gift, so we are going shopping.
Talk soon!
-With love, Delilah

I re-read my note and folded it up, putting it in a little pink envelope. I looked outside, still raining. It had been since yesterday on and off, meaning I couldn't go anywhere or really do anything. My mom was at the neighbors, they where becoming really good friends. I still hadn't seen her son except that weird car thing, I was hoping I could meet him because all our neighbors where either old people or adults without children, so everything at home was extremley boring.

I sighed and opened my laptop, clicking around on different websites. After a while of surfing I found something that caught my eye, it was a news article from not to long ago. I clicked on it, my eyes widening as I read Andrew Deckerman, age 17 witnessed a murder at 12:30 pm in his home in Tennessee, the killing of his sister, Cheyanne was classified as a second degree murder, Deckerman came into his sisters room after hearing a scream and found a "knife in her chest" as reported by Andrew. The Deckerman murder is still being investigated due to the fact that the murder has not been found.

"Isn't Deckerman the name of.. Our neighbors..?" I murmured, almost silently to myself.
Instantly, I jumped out of my chair. 'Does mom know?' I thought 'if not, she will soon.'

Grabbing an umbrella and running out the door. My hair blew into my face, and I slowed down a little, but still running I ran smack into something, falling to the ground. Looking up I let out a scream, seeing the boy from yesterday, Andrew. I jumped up, and turned to walk away, blushing. As I took my first step he grabbed my arm and I turned around slowly, he had a dark look in his green eyes, for a moment we stood there in silence, when finally he picked up my umbrella and handed it to me, I awkwardly took it, and ran back to the house, locking the door behind me.
"What the hell just happened?" I let out a sigh and leaned against the door, sitting down.

A few moments later I got up and looked out the window just to see Andrew standing in the middle of the cal-de-sac, his head turned up toward the raining sky and his arms out. As if he knew I was there, he lowered his head slowly and turned around, looking right at my house, I jumped and closed the shades quickly, still peaking out, he had started toward my house, a few seconds later there was a knock on the door and I immediately ran toward the phone ready to call the police.

"I just want to talk! I won't hurt you!" a booming voice sounded from outside. I let out a long sigh and opened the door a very small crack.

"What do you need..?" I said in a quiet mumble.

"I'm sorry for knocking you over. It wasn't polite of.. Polite of me.." I could see tears coming to his eyes.

"I-it's fine.. Are you oka-" he cut me off the grabbing the other side of the door and slamming it shut, running away.
