Match and battle rivals

Yuki's POV

After the calvary battle we took a break, after that suddenly I saw Shoto pulling me.

"Shoto, what's going on?! Where are you taking me?!" I ask

But he ignored me then kept walking, then he stopped at the faculty and student entrance where no one could see us, I can see his eyes are serious.

I look at him "Shoto, what's wrong?" I ask

He look down "it's... it's because I almost hurt you" he said

"hurt me?" I exclaim "Shoto, it's okay this is sports festival it's-"

"it's not that!" he cut me "I almost use my left-side to hurt you...!" he said

I became silent

"I, I don't want to be just like that bastard" he's mentioning his Dad "I don't want to use his damn fire quirk I promise to myself to never use it. I want to prove that I can take 1st place without using his quirk" he pause

"you did know he is ambitious he aims for the top and you know he wants me to defeat All Might to become the No. 1 and it also the same as you, since you're the daugther of All Might both have the same strength and power he wants me to defeat you. But I can't bring myself to hurt you because... because-"

I cut his words by putting my right hand to his centered chest "Shoto, listen to me" I spoke up then I gave him a gentle smile "remember my words. This is your life your quirk he might be your father but this is your power, your own strength, you can't be trap in your own lineage. This is you fighting you need to stay true to youself."

"The Shoto I know he always smiles a cute one actually, So it's okay for me to use your left-side against me" I pause "we're all giving our best on this event, the truth is I'm not even giving my best yet. Because I'm saving it for the last" then I took my hand off then looked up to him "tell me Shoto, who do you want to fight in the final match" I ask.

He became silent then look at me "I-I" he pause "I want to fight you, you're the worthy opponent for me. If you say those words are true, then I guess I'll try."

I smiled "hm, that's the Shoto that I know" I said

Suddenly he pulled me to hug I felt surprised and somehow I felt comfortable all of a sudden.

"I promise I'll face you in the finals" he said "and I want to say something to you if I win"

I became surprised "ufu, if I win you have to sing with me" I said

"what, that's not fair!" he said

"ufufu, I'm kidding. I want you to socialize more" I said "and I promise I'll face you in the finals" I promised

He smiled "then it's settled may the best wins" he said

I jump up front of him "now come on, we gotta hurry up and have lunch together before the cafeteria becomes busy" I grab his hand then walk together.

Shoto's POV

I can she's smiling she just suddenly grab my hand then I start walking with her, she really is lively she makes me feel comfortable. Well I promise that I will face her in the finals then I'll do everything I can to face her.

She's real her smiles and kindness, her words I always take her words to heart just like All Might but different. She makes me feel stronger however if she really wanted to face me in the finals in my full power then I won't hold back. I promise give it my all.

Yuki's POV

Well I can see Shoto is well settled now all I did is put some sense to him and encourage him, he might be the silent and cold type but I knew him longer since I know he too is kind and warm.
