Kokichi's POV
"Maybe after this you should go lay down" I stated and Shuichi nodded. It was a little worrying as to why he lied but I wouldn't press. For now.
Somebody knocked on the table in the center of the room to get everyone's attention. "Welcome aboard my Ship I am Sam. I'm sure you are pretty confused as to why you are here. Well every year danganrompa moves the VR pods to help players stay alive and we have to move with them to help out all the ultimates we can" the man kept going in his speech. It was stating everything we would need to know about the ship and the island.
About halfway through Shuichi dozed off and I managed to get his head on my shoulder. I wasn't going to wake him up and nobody else was. By the end of the speech somebody walked past us with a box. They handed us black.... monopods? I had grabbed one for Shuichi as well as he was practically sleeping like a dead person.
"Let me help you" Kiibo sighed after my failed attempt to stand up and pull Shuichi with me. It didn't work cause he was taller than me. I helped move Shuichi onto Kiibos back. I managed to get his room key out of his pocket when somebody tapped me on the shoulder.
I told Kiibo to go ahead and leave. I turned around and saw Mikan. "When we get on the island I will take odds you take evens" she explained I nodded. It was weird calling future patients numbers but until we learned their names it's the best we could do.
I pulled out my mono pad and looked at the map. This no iPad was reconstructed and now connects to a port anywhere I go and I can pull up a map. I wandered towards Shuichis room.
The door was opened slightly and Kiibo was waiting next to the bed in a chair. I walked in closing the door it let out a soft click when it closed. Kiibo moved in the chair a bit probably so I could sit down. Instead I took the opportunity to not sit like a normal human being. Instead decided to drape myself over Kiibos legs.
His face turned a shade out red that rivaled an apple. I went to get up done with my teasing, but Kiibo wrapped his arms around my arms and chest while moving his legs to a more comfortable position. When he was done one of his legs was rested behind my back and the other under my legs.
It was a peaceful silence until Shuichi grumbled something in his sleep and shot awake. It scared Kiibo and I. We almost fell out of the chair from jumping so hard. I got up and pressed a hand on Shuichis forehead.
Hissing at the heat under my hand I pulled my hand away. "Are you a volcano or something?!" I screeched taking my hand away. "N-no.." he stuttered. I sighed "how on earth did you get this bad of a fever" I questioned. He shrugged and started to shuffle out of his bed. I pushed him back on the bed "and where do you think you are going?" I asked "I need to get the student files from Hajime" he mumbled.
"I can go get those" Kiibo started behind me. "Ok I will keep watch on this one. I don't trust that he will stay in bed" I responded and Kiibo walked out.
Kiibos POV
I closed the door behind me closing Shuichis whined about kokichi treating him like a child. I wandered the halls before realizing I didn't ask where they were supposed to meet.
I pulled out the mono pad seeing if I could find Hajime or even Nagito on the thing. I couldn't which was bad for me. I did notice the library on the thing.
Seeming like a spot Shuichi would have found almost immediately I started to walk that way. When I got there I pressed the door open and saw Hajime sitting on the floor reading with Nagito sleeping in his lap. I quietly walked over to them.
"Where's Shuichi?" Hajime asked in his normal voice. "He's sick" I responded. Hajime nodded and handed me the folders for the students. I thanked him and started the long walk back to Shuichi's room. I doubt Shuichi would have been able to get down here without collapsing.
When I made it to Shuichis room I knocked before opening the door. Shuichi was asleep and kokichi was in his bathroom. He was wetting a rag in the sink. He rung it out before turning around and jumped. "Kiibo I didn't hear you come in" he said before walking over to Shuichi and placing the rag on his forehead.
"Man you missed it.... I had to put sleeping pills I use inside of some water. He felt so bad that you had to go get the papers for him" he laughed. I chuckled "I doubt he would have been able to get to the library right now... it was a really, Really long walk" I respond.
"Not like I would let him go anyways" kokichi laughed and I did to. "You act more like a mom sometimes than Kirumi" I stated "Kiibo don't say that it's weird" kokichi cringed. "Why?" "You just told your boyfriend he acts like a mom" kokichi cringed even more after practically getting mom zoned.
"Oh..... OHHHH.." I remarked finally picking up what he was telling me. He laughed "I'm so telling Miu you called me a mom" kokichi teases "oh god no" I gripe. Last time kokichi told Miu I did something funny it was before he switched, and it ended in them forming somewhat of an alliance to tease me about it for a week.
I sat down and kokichi followed snuggling up to me. I did the same. "Wait if your supposed to be the top here why do I cuddle you?" "K-Kiibo!!"

Would y'all want to see a Komahina book after this one. I'm gonna start it and publish it after this book is done.
