Kokichi's POV
The ride in the van was one of the most stressed I have been since keade killed rantaro. I felt like I was being push- For Ed back into the thing he dreaded so much.
'What if this is a plow to get us back and make us kill each other again! What if we see Monokuma he will definitely kill us! I'm gonna lose everyone and everything! What if th-' I was shook out of my repeating thought of the possibilities by my worried boyfriend.
"Did you hear anything anyone just said?" He asked I unconditionally flushed with embarrassment. "People were talking to me?" I asked my voice cracking. He nodded "well I will take that as a no you should listen we were discussing or plan" Kiibo scolded
I half rolled my eyes my other personality showing a bit. "Ok.... toaster" I said under my breath. He lightly smacked the back of my head. "I am not a toaster that's robophobic" he states. I rubbed the back of my head and laughed. "Anyway what's the plan?" I asked.
He shifted his posture "we have to search through rubble and look for them" he starts before taking a breath. "And since you are still recovering I will carry you while flying" he finished. I nod it was a good enough plan.
The thoughts of meeting Monokuma plagued my mind causing me to cling onto Kiibos arm. "What up?" He asked. "What if he run into Monokuma?" I shakily asked my voice barely above a whisper.
"Then we run away and hope he doesn't catch us" once the sentence left Kiibos mouth I started to thing of all the possible problems. Kiibo must of noticed because he leaned to whisper something to me. But before he could the door swung open and a boy with short blonde hair and a black eyepatch looked in.
"Hurry up with your Search we don't know if Monokuma is still alive or not" he said in an annoyed voice. We all stumbled out of the van. Once everyone left Kiibo pulled out a pair of binoculars and handed them to me. He then proceeded to scoop me up bridal style and flip out his wings.
I saw something move after about an hour of searching. I pointed it out to Kiibo and he took us down to see it. I could've noticed the witch hat anywhere. It was trapped under a pile of rubble. I yelled for Kiibo who was 30 feet away looking for what I saw. I sprinted over and started to move large rocks.
When I heard coughing erupt from under the rubble I worked fast. My body was in horriboe pain by the time I unburied himikos head. I almost cried with relief. Then I realized the coughing from earlier was a deeper voice.
I yelled out for Kiibo again this time actually grabbing his attention before my legs gave out from underneath me. He flew over and noticed himiko. "They... are trapped under there" I pointed at the pile.
He nodded and we both got to work on unburying the survivors. After another hour we had gotten the rubble off of Maki, Shuichi, and Himiko. At the end I practically collapsed. My pancaked body was overworked and everything hurt worse then when I arrived.
Himiko and maki were asleep and Shuichi was the only one awake. Shuichi of course freaked out when he saw Kiibo and I. Of course I paid it no mind instead shuffling over to Shuichi to check him for serious injuries.
As soon as I touched his neck lightly he grasped my shirt and pulled me hard into a hug. My limbs burned like hell when he did. "Kiibo let's get them back to the group... they are probably dehydrated and I need to give some rain relievers to them.. and myself" I stated "yeah you carry himiko I got maki" he said I nodded in responce. "Shuichi can you walk?" I asked and he nodded getting up.
"If you need to stop tell us" I said before pulling himikos light weight on my back.
Shuichi's POV
I followed after kokichi and Kiibo. Every once and awhile kokichi would trip over himself. I followed behind him in case he actually fell. "Hey Kiibo can we stop for a minute" kokichi said obviously tired from the hour they had walked.
As soon as himiko was placed gently on the ground kokichi sank to the floor. "You okay?" I asked and he shook his head. "I'm still recovering from all my bones being crushed and now everything hurts" he laughed. "Alright!" He got up and pulled himiko up again. "Let's go!" He smiled and we started the walk again.
Eventually we ran into... Kaito! He ran over to us and pulled me into a tight hug. "Hey Kaito can you take maki from me?" Kiibo asked and kaito nodded. He quickly moved maki over to Kaito before taking himiko and lightly moving her onto his back.
"Thanks" kokichi sighed. "We don't need another week of you laying around sleeping" Kiibo states. We all started walking again. "So how am I seeing you guys right now?" I asked. "Well our minds were in a avatar and we were moved to our original body's when we died" Kiibo responds.
"How far are we from the van?" Kokichi asked "probably another 30 minutes of walking" Kiibo responds. Kokichi groans and his shoulder slumps. "Kaito maybe you should of just stabbed me" he joked. Kaito laughed "yeah... anyway what happened to you? Not trying to be rude but... you look like you were hit by a bus" Kaito responds.
"They were trapped under rubble and we had to dig them out" kokichi sighs. "Awe that is so sad cause you just started to recover too" Kaito laughed. I followed happily towards this van they mentioned because of their antics.
