ALCOHOL FLOATED on the air as intoxicated high schoolers writhed to the beat of the loud music that vibrated the atmosphere both inside and outside the house. Nova spotted Alec as he stood perched up against the far wall, still holding the same red solo cup he started with and seemed to be getting along pretty well with a girl dressed as a Playboy bunny. The ravenette twin was on the opposite side of her brother at the far edges of the mosh pit of kids swaying to and fro. Billy was propped up in the corner closest to the girl, a lit cigarette rolling around between his teeth playfully. All the alcohol was starting to make his veins thrum with warmth and electricity- the alcohol and the tasty sway of those chiffon hips, if he were being honest. Tommy H. flopped heavily against the wall beside him, another bottle of beer in his hand as he followed Billy in scanning the crowd and locking in on the dancing Nova.

"Damn, if I didn't want to get my wrist snapped like a twig- I'd hit that so damn hard." The freckled boy howled over the music, completely missing the sudden change in Billy's overall attitude. The Hargrove teen bit down harshly on his cigarette stub as his fists clenched at his waist. Reaching out, he snatched up the beer bottle in Tommy's hand and quickly downed the soft amber liquid before letting it thud to the hardwood by his boot.

"Hey, I was drinking that-" Billy finally turned his sharp glare down to the inebriated boy. Tommy's liquid happiness was frozen by his hatefully icy gaze.

"Nova is mine." Growled the golden boy through bared teeth like a wild animal threatening an enemy. His less brave side kick nervously chucked and held up his hands in surrender.

"Alright, I get it man, you have first dibs on her. Jeez." Billy's mouth curled hatefully at the hint that anyone would be with that hurricane of a woman after him. Tommy shied away from his blazing eyes and low lion growl.

"I. Have. The. Only. Dibs." He over-enunciated every word to make sure his point got through his thick skull and sunk into his dead brain cells. "Understand me?" Tommy H. gulped loudly and nodded vigorously before scampering off to find someone else to party with and a few more available girls. Billy turned and saw that the girl he had claimed had stopped dancing and was moving towards him with a cup of the spiked punch in the kitchen. Nova took a small sip and held out the cup towards him.

"Want some?"

"Of you? Always." Nova rolled her eyes and shook her head no while bouncing the cup to indicate that she meant the drink. He slid the red solo from her fingers and took in a mouthful of the fruity drink before handing the cup back to the fair-skinned heartache.

"How are you not absolutely trashed, Baby?" He blurted as she finished off the rest of the drink in the cup. She quirked a brow at him in confusion about what he was talking about. "You emptied a beer keg in less than a minute- which is hot as fuck, by the way- and now you're downing cups of vodka punch like its water." Nova smiled and set the cup down on a nearby windowsill on the other side of Billy. He followed her movements, his brows knitting together when he spotted the edges of black and red ink curling along her shoulders. Before he could find the words to ask her about the ink, she stood back upright and smirked up at him with impish glee.
