I'm sure if he wanted to do anything it would make him even more mad if I ignored him. I suppose I will stay at the hotel today.

Sitting at the coffee shop, I waited, my claws drumming against the dark red wood tables. Finally, the familiar deer and siren walked through the doors. I immediately launched into my practiced explanation. "I understand your warning, but I'm still going to keep talking to him. Erm, I mean, isn't it going to make him more mad if I ignore him?" I flashed a wobbly smile. The two girls' faces blanched pale white. Or paler white. Stuttering, Auroura threw a sentence together. "P-p-please be careful. We understand, but please do not get hurt Y/N!" She begged, her eyes glowing with worry. "I will." I laughed softly.

It wasn't long after we were sipping caffeinated drinks and chatting. "So. Are any of you in relationships?" I smirked, leaning over the table eagerly. "No. Kind of hard to find one that won't hurt you. Physically." Ruth said, and cringed. Auroura nodded. "Hm. Makes sense." I leaned back, pursing my lips. "Why not meet Al? I'm sure he's changed since you've seen him. He's like a beam of sunshine around Charlie." I giggled. Auroura and Ruth exchanged a look, before nodding. "Let's go! I'm done my drink anyways." I leapt up. Slapping some bills on the table I dashed out the door, before slowing to a walk, laughing as Ruth and Auroura eventually caught up. "I don't have a crush on him, by the way. That's so immature and weird to like the Radio Demon, bleck." I let the disgust ooze into my voice. Even hearing it sounded like a lie to me. A complete lie. And I don't know why.

Arriving at the hotel, Alastor welcomed us warmly. Auroura and Ruth shrank back, but were coaxed into trust. Soon, the four of us were laughing and talking friendly in the lobby. But something just seemed... off. The way Alastor tilted his head to talk with us, and how wide his smirk was. Everything from the mischievous and almost jokingly flirtatious gleam in his eyes to the way he tossed his staff to and fro, hand to hand, letting it disappear and reappear as he played with it. Ruth and Auroura seemed aware of this too. It was as though he was trying to get too comfortable on purpose. Angel Dust, who had joined in, was far too comfortable with Alastor. He was ignored, which wasn't surprising.

Flicking one of my ears, I fell quiet and listened. Static filled the air almost more than usual, and no one seemed to notice. Even Auroura, Ruth, and now Charlie were laughing and chatting with Alastor freely. "Excuse me." Smiling, I quickly got up.
Ducking into the washroom, I closed and locked the door. Silence. It felt like relief had enveloped me. The static made me feel insane, even though it was inevitable and I would have to get used to it if I would be around him more.

Drumming my hands against the sink, I splashed my face with freezing water. Gasping quietly as the shock came and went, I blinked my eyes, feeling ten times more refreshed. Crazy how that happens with only some colder temperature water.
Running my hands through my hair a few times, I enjoyed the silence. Sighing, I slowly unlocked the door, walking back out. Only to crash right into Alastor. I smiled cheerfully, giving him a small hug, trying to cover up the fact I walked into him. His smile never vanished. "Y/N, dear, those two girls are wondering if you would like to go clubbing for a night tomorrow? They had to go, so they asked me." Alastor raised an eyebrow as he awaited my answer. Guilt washed over me. I was in there longer than I hoped... "T-that sounds fun. I will consider it." I flashed another wavy smile. "Glad to hear! That does sound lovely. Of course, I can't go." I thought I saw a split second gleam of disappointment in his eyes before it vanished. "So. What's the decision?" Alastor summoned his staff and tossed it from hand to hand, with a wide smile spreading across his face.

This will heavily influence the direction of the story and the mood. There will be only tonight for decision time. Choose wisely~

I've been a little clingy. Let's loosen up and have some fun in Hell!
