Cedric POV

I smiled seeing my boyfriend as he walked in the courtyard, he sat on a bench taking out a book, I shake my head he always loved reading. I walked over to him after telling my friends, they whistled and cheered as I did I playfully glared at them, all they did was laugh. As I got closer to him he looked up putting his book down, I smiled seeing his beautiful E/C eyes, they crinkled as he smiled.

"Hey Y/N." I sat next to him, he chuckled hearing my friends in the background. "I'm sorry for them, they can be too much." He shook his head.

"No I think it's funny, at least they like me to be with you." I chuckle kissing his cheek. "I heard about the tri-wizard tournament."

"Yea, I'm gonna try to enter it." He frowns, I lift his chin kissing his nose. "Don't worry love I'll be fine." He smiles nudging my arm.

"You better win then." I chuckle nodding.

"Yes sir." We laughed talking about everything and anything.

The day came of the arrival of the other schools, we sat at the Hufflepuff table talking to others. I looked over at him and smiled, he looked up and smiled at me, he was so cute. The two schools came, the ladies of Beauxbatons did a little swish that was somewhat cute I guess, then the guys of Durmstrang did a cool kinda dance. Dumbledore and some officials said we had to be 17 or over to enter, it sucked but I didn't care because I could enter. The next night was the selection of the champions.

"Viktor Krum from Durmstrang. Fleur Delacour of Beauxbatons. Cedric Diggory for Hogwarts." People cheered for me, I looked at Y/N and he had a big smile, I was happy.

We had to go to a chamber, we waited for the teachers, I saw Harry down here, I was confused, knowing he wasn't of age. All the teachers came running down the stairs asking if he put his name in, I felt bad for him. After we were allowed to leave, I went to find Y/N, before I could get far he bumped into me, I hugged him.

"I saw Harry became a champion how did that happen." He shook his head.

"I don't know the paper flew out and it was his name, I asked him if he asked someone to do it, he told me no, he's my little brother so I beileve him, he can't do this, if they say it's dangerous I don't want him hurt or worse."

I squeeze him, he told me about their family and how awful they treated them, they had to go through torture before coming here and being free.

"I know, but they said he has to compete. I'll try to help him the best I can, okay love." He nods, I kiss his head. The weeks following were calm, til we had to have an interview, that sucked. I was talking with some friends when I saw Harry walk over.

"Cedric, can I speak with you." I nod following him, he stopped me. "Dragons, the first task is dragons." I swallowed.

"And you're sure about this." He nods.

"Yeah, I saw them, the others know, so I wanted to let you know, since you're dating my brother." I grin.

"Thanks, oh I told people not to wear those badges." He nods walking off, I walk back to my group, they are huddled together whispering. "Hey, what are you guys doing." They turned around quickly laughing, I heard someone whine behind them.

"Why are you making me wear this, it's cold out here." I recognise it as Y/N.

"What did you do with Y/N." They laugh pulling him out in a weird outfit that was the Hufflepuff colors with big fluffy balls. "What is this." He huffs crossing his arms.
