You didn't realize how hungry you actually were until Alastor had set down your dish to eat, and you finished it pretty quickly. Which amused your husband. Not long after the both of you were outside, you decided to wear a red flapper dress so you would match Alastor's outfit more. You wore a white coat that was lined with clean white fur, as it was getting a bit colder as it was mid fall by this point and you didn't wear much jewelry despite it being in fashion but your wedding ring and a necklace Alastor had given you during one of your first anniversary's.

You both walked through the streets of New York, his arm was stuck out so you can be close to him and you were glued to his side throughout your walk down the streets. A couple of workers whistled and catcalled you, but Alastor just gave them a wide smile and they toned it down. The brunette didn't like much PDA in public but he wouldn't let anybody catcall you either. Alastor lead you through the streets into a bakery shop, "Good afternoon!" Your husband greeted the baker who greeted him back. "Can I have one (F/S) for my dear wife?" Alastor asked and the baker nodded, going to fetch your favourite sweet. "That's all." Alastor paid them generously, handing you the snack and you laughed then took it with a smile.

Both of you left shortly after thanking the man, your face was flustered at how attentive your husband was. He wasn't always like this but when he was, it was endearing and one of your favourite things about him on how he would spoil you. So, you of course did your best to spoil him with whatever you had at the time. "You didn't have to." You leaned against his arm, bringing the snack closer to your mouth as if to hide behind it. "No, no, no. I wanted to. It's not everyday we are on our honeymoon, I took the week off to be with you." Alastor reassured with a grin as you walked down along the sidewalk. "I heard there was a musical not too far away from here, I thought it would be entertaining! What do you say?" He asked you.

You slowed down subconsciously causing both you and Alastor to come to a halt in the middle of the sidewalk. Memories of when the drunk man fell from the balcony, your throat clamped back up from anxiety. The brunette smile faltered, he tilted his head and you forced a smile then nodded. "Y-Yeah, definitely." Now wasn't the time, your husband was trying his hardest to make the best of things and you didn't want to ruin your honeymoon. Considering everything, didn't want to ruin it anymore. Alastor's face lit back up and he once more started walking, you pressed against his side. "You're going to love it! Oh, the neighbourhood children talk about how amazing it is." He explained as you both continued down the street at the same pace from before.

"I'm sure it will be wonderful." You agreed, taking a bite of the snack. Alastor continued talking about the show, but you tuned him out slightly to enjoy the sweetness of your favourite snack and it tasted so much better because your husband got it for you. Alastor turned into an alleyway and you blinked in surprise then looked at him for an explanation on the reasoning of going through a dark alley. "I found this way is shorter, the next show should be starting within the next 20 minutes."  He explained, you nodded then followed him into the alleyway. As you walked down the more secluded place, you held onto Alastor and took another bite of your snack.

"My, my. Aren't you the definition of lady like, my love?" Teased Alastor and you knit your eyebrows in confusion, "Pardon?" Not a moment later and Alastor cupped your cheek, your face warmed up in surprise and he wiped the corner of your mouth. "There. You had something on your face." He grinned, your face went pink. You squeaked, looking away and straight down the alleyway. "You- You could've just told me!" Alastor let out a deep amuses laugh, shaking his head as you scrambled to get your bearings again. A part of you was like thinking he was going to kiss you, but then again.. "You're terrible." You huffed and Alastor placed a hand on his chest, using his free hand to look offended. "You wound me, my sweet." You both smiled at each other affectionately.
