Chapter 17

???'s POV:

"I take it you were able to make contact boss?" Asked male one.

"I was, she's grown into a beautiful young lady since I last saw her, she will definitely make a strong ally. That quirk of hers is quite powerful, it will be very useful in the long run." I replied with a slight chuckle.

"We promise that we'll get her soon boss!" Spoke everyone in unison.

"No rush, she's about to start at UA, the longer she stays there the more powerful she will be. We can use short bursts of contact with her to keep her from complete sanity, if we let her be she will be harder to manipulate." I said as a malevolent smirk spread across my face.

Katsuki's POV:

"Y/N?!... Y/N?!... Y/N?!" I shouted as I grabbed Y/N's shoulders and gently shook her. "Come on dumbass, WAKE UP!"

Drip... drip... drip~

*What the hell?...* I thought as I looked for the source of the dripping.

I looked all around while trying not to move too much until I realised the dripping was coming from much closer than I was comfortable with, I looked down just in time to see a small drop of blood run from Y/N's nose down to her ear where it connected with a stream coming from her ear.

Drip... drip... drip~

"Shit! Those damn bastards fried her brain!" I said furiously as I grabbed my phone and dialed 911.

I gently placed Y/N on the floor as I set up a towel on the couch and placed her on it, I grabbed a cotton rag and cleaned up as much of the blood as could before the ambulance arrived. Suddenly I heard sirens blaring as they pulled up out the front and there was a sudden knock on the door.

Knock, knock!~

"Hello? Are you able to-" Started a man from behind the door.

"Don't knock you dumbass just get in here! Your wasting time, hurry up!" I shouted in a rage.

"Can you tell us what happened and how long ago this bleeding started?" Asked one of the EMT's.

"She got mentally attacked by some hooded nut job and the bleeding started like 10 minutes ago because you morons couldn't drive faster than 5mph!" I growled angrily.

"Sir? I'm going to have to ask you to calm down, your anger and aggression towards us isn't going to help your girlfriends condition." Said the other EMT.

"She's not my girlfriend!" I shouted as both the men jumped a little.

The men quickly got Y/N onto a stretcher and she was soon taken out to the ambulance, one of the guys tried to close the doors and leave me behind but I quickly grabbed the door and set off a couple small warning explosions.

"And just what do you think your doing? I'm coming whether you like it or not!" I said as I stared down the man.

"O-Ok, please hurry and get in then." Stuttered the man.

At the hospital~

Y/N got rushed through the ER as I followed close behind, one of the EMT's decided the doctor would need to know all the details in order to know exactly why she was bleeding the way she was, as we rushed through the halls Y/N started to wake up.

"Y/N? Can you hear me?" I asked as I saw her head move and her eyes flutter open slightly.

"Kats... ki." She mumbled before falling back into unconsciousness.

*Damn it! I'm gonna kill that bastard, he's not gonna get away with this!* I thought as we finally made it to an examination room.

"We need to get her in for a CT scan ASAP!" Called one of the doctors.

"Agreed, she's losing too much blood, somethings not right... I don't have a good feeling about this." Replied the second doctor.

???'s POV:

"Uhh... S-Sir?" Asked a shorter girl.

"Yes? What is it?" I asked as I turned towards her small frame.

"I think you need to know something sir... and please don't get mad at me, I-I did try to warn you before hand but you i-ignored me." She said as tears threatened to slip down her cheeks.

"There's no need to be afraid my dear, you can tell me anything, I'm sorry I ignored you before, what's so important?" I asked curiously.

"Th-There's a time limit to how long I can open a persons mind to you, my quirk allows me to get into a person mind and either speak to them myself or have another person speak for me... but there's a catch." She said hesitantly.

"I know what your quirk is and what it allows you to do." I said as I listened.

"You exceeded the time limit... I'm so sorry for not telling you but you wouldn't listen, I tried to warn you I promise!" She said frantically.

"What does that mean?" I asked as worry crept throughout my body.

"You may have... hurt Y/N." She said worriedly.

"How bad?!" I asked as I grabbed her shoulders.

"I can't be sure! I'm so sorry, please don't hurt me!" She begged as the tears finally overflowed. "Bad, bad enough that if they don't treat her soon she could die, if I'm correct, the boy that was with her should've called an ambulance by now and they should be in the hospital, as soon as you left her mind she should've passed out and started bleeding from her nose and ears." She cried.

My eyes widened and my heart quickened, I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

"I... I could've killed her?" I whispered as I sat in a nearby chair.
