Ingrid POV
Ace pulls back for a second. His blue eyes sparkle, and stare straight into mine.
I honestly didn't know how this happened. One minute we were going inside and before you know it, we're kissing.
Normally, I would've stopped. I don't usually go around kissing practical stranger. I don't usually go around kissing anyone. But I just really wanted to. I was bored with doing everyday things, and kissing was fun!
Ugh, that sounded like something Kat would say..
But I don't care! I can be normal any other day. Tonight, I'm gonna live it up!
Ace runs his hand through my hair. He's been doing that a lot.
I let out a laugh. "Have a hair fetish, now do we?" I tease him and he chuckles softly.
"You don't do this a lot, do you?" he asks, planting a quick kiss on my lips.
I blush, "Is it that obvious?" I hoped I wasn't such a disappointment. He sure wasn't.
"Not at all. But you seemed a bit nervous, and the hair thing is pretty normal. But you're awesome!" He grinned, and it seemed to light up his face.
I kissed him again. He smelt of soap and tasted of candy or maybe that's just how vodka and redbull tastes like.
"Get a room!" someone yells, but we both it ignore it.
I pull away. "How 'bout we have some more fun?" I giggle. I couldn't help it, he just looks so adorable with his hair tussled and his head slightly to the side.
His eyes widen at this, and he grins from ear to ear. I hadn't exactly implied what I said. I may be living it up tonight, but i'm not living it up that much.
"We should play truth or dare!" I exclaimed, hand combing my hair. God, even to me that sounded sooo lame.
"Mmm. I'd rather play strip poker.." he starts, and I know he thinks I'm lame. Of course he does.
But then Ace's mouth breaks into a smile, and he leans over.
"I dare you to flash that guy over there" Ace whispers, and points to guy in about his late teens or early 20s. He's tall, a bit muscular, and has his arms around a few tight dress clad girls.
I look up at the guy and see his face. His hazel eyes and wry smile are all too familiar.
Oh my gosh. That's Kat's brother!
"What exactly do you mean by flash?" I ask Ace.
"Just lift the bottom of your dress up. I hope you're wearing underwear! Or not..." he mumbles off, and I scrunch up my nose. He's nice and a great kisser, but he might be slightly perverted...
"Ea--zay" I pretend to stiffle a yawn, reach for Ace's glass of vodka redbull that he left on the floor and take a big gulp.
It's kind of refreshing, like a wave hitting my tongue, but it sort of warmed everything up. I down what's left of the whole glass, and almost instantlly feel the edge of things dissapear.
Woah.
I walk over to Ash. I'm not exactly drunk, so I can still walk pretty well in heels.
He narrows his hazel eyes, clearly suprised to see someone like me at a club. "Ingr-" he begins.
In less than a second, I lift the purple dress hem, showing my inoccent panties to the world.
His mouth hangs open for a bit, but then he smirks.
Smirk.. smirk... That's a funny word!
I laugh, but as I walk back I keep the hem up, all I until I reach a laughing Ace.
"You gave me quite a show, back there, Ingrid!" Ace is laughing, white teeth flashing!
Flash Flash!
I notice that he's holding a glass filled with something in his hand.
I grab it, tilt my head and down the whole drink.
It's all so fuzzy, the edge of things doesn't even exist any more.
"Hey Ingrid, I wouldn't have done that.." Ace starts but I can't hear the rest.
I put my hands around his shoulders, and kiss his collarbone.
Ace chuckles, going with it.
I feel a pair of hands around my waist and I'm pulled away from Ace's warm body.
Spinning around, I find that the hands belong to the pretty boy, Jason.
"You're way too drunk to function. I have a feeling your gonna regret the things you would do tomorrow morning" His expression is stern. So serious that I almost don't feel drunk anymore. Almost.
"But i'm having fun!" I whine.
"I'm taking you home." He takes my arm. I pull back. Who does he think he is? My mum?
"Yo, man it's fine, i'll drive her. You stay here and enjoy the night. In fact, she can stay at my place" Ace comes over, smirking. But it isn't his normal charming smirk, it's a kind of preying smirk. It makes me feel uneasy.
"No. I'm sober. She's coming with me" Jason takes my arm, leading me towards his car.
"Oh man, you cockblocked me!" Ace is yelling after us.
I tilt my head back and giggle into the night sky, I hope my mother never finds out about this night. The thought of her seeing this, makes me laugh even more.
I laugh so much in fact, that I don't see the step down onto the curb and before I know it my face is inches away from the cold black ground.
Except I'm not touching the ground, because 2 strong hands are holding me around my waist. 2 strong hands that belong to Jason.
"Careful there Ingrid, I'm trying to get you home safe" his face is still a bit stern but his voice is relaxed and fairly calm.
"Is that why you wouldn't let me stay with Ace?" I can't help but to wonder.
I hop into the front passenger seat of the car, and throw my hands up to the sky.
"I guess. But I honestly just don't want you doing something you'd regret"
I scoff, "we've practically just met and you're already deciding things for me!"
"You're drunk, Ingrid. You didn't quite strike me as that type of girl"' his voice went from kind to bitter by the end of the sentence.
"Yeah, well you didn't strike me as the kind of guy who stays sober and then drives a girl home safely"I retort, Which is definitely true.
"You'd be surprised, I'm quite a nice guy" the bitter edge of his tone is now gone, he starts the car and off we drive.
